R.C.C. work of M-20 forTie beam having minimum compressive strength of 200kg./cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days and in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using crusher broken hard black granite chips of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete with vibrator, watering and curing for 28 days, cost of rigid and smooth centering & shuttering and finishing to exposed surface smooth providing, grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete in all respects as per drawing, design and direction of Engineer-in-charge but excluding cost of M.S. rod/Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills.

Providing, fixing and placing of Tor steel (HYSD) Fe-500(Make:SAIL/RINL/TISCON/JINDAL STEEL/SHYAM STEEL )for RCC work in all floors of required diameter of approved quality with straightening, Cutting, bending, binding welding or jointing if necessary, bending, binding, tying the grills as required for R.C.C. works, providing fan hooks where necessary and hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position according to approved designs and drawings including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, taxes of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge required for the work and cost of all labour, sundries, T & P and scaffolding complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge ( payment will be made according to the actual weight of M.S rod /Tor steel consumed in the work and no separate payment will be made towards weight of binding wires which is to be borne by the contractor at his own cost of all labour, sundries, T & P and scaffolding complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing 12 mm. thick cement plaster in all floors at all height with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with portland slag cement (PSC) finished smooth to inside rough surface of brick masonry walls after racking out joints including watering and curing rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, coveyance, loading and unloading, royalties and ,es of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P, sundries and scaffolding required for the work etc. with providing grooves as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing 16 mm. thick cement plaster in all floors at all height with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with portland slag cement (PSC) finished smooth to inside rough surface of brick masonry walls after racking out joints including watering and curing rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, coveyance, loading and unloading, royalties and ,es of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P, sundries and scaffolding required for the work etc. with providing grooves as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Wall painting two coats with 100% Acrylic emulsion paint (1st quality) exterior grade of approved make & shade manufactured by reputed manufacturer like NEROLAC / ASIAN / BERGER / DULOX or equivalent to make an even finished surface over a coat of primer with water bond cement primer in all heights with all scaffolding and staging charges including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labours, T & P, sundries etc. as required for the work complete.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S grills, grill gates with top and bottom rails, steel windows, steel doors, steel frames for doors and windows, staircase and parapet railing ( as per I.S. specification and as per approved drawings ) in proper position in all floors and at all height including making holes to brick walls/ R.C.C structure/wood work etc. and making good to the damaged walls/ structures with cement concrete (1:2:4) with black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of 12mm to 20mm size ( 20mm size not to exceeds 25% ) including watering and curing etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge ( W.I. / M.S. windows grillas, grill gates, collapsible gates with top and bottom rails, steel windows, steel doors, steel frames for doors and windows, staircase and parapet railings square bar along with required nos. of nails and screws and other required materials of approved quality and approved size shall be supplied by the contractor at his own cost.)

Supplying & fixing of G.I A3 Barbed wire of Strand, with cost, coveyance, loading and unloading, of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P, scaffolding etc. required for the work and complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling the Foundation & Plinth with clean coarse river sand of approved quality from approved quarry, laying in layers not exceeding 150mm thick, watering and ramming including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
