Earthwork by mechanical means within 5km lead including excavation from borrow area ,transportation, laying on properly prepared and approved surface including spreading and leveling the earth in 22.5cm layers etc.including all cost of labour , conveyance, royalties and taxes ,sundries ,T & P etc. complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling with sand in foundation and plinth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, well watered and compacted , top surface dressed and levelled to proper level and gradient including cost of all materials, conveyance, taxes, royalties, loading, unloading, cost of all labour, T&P, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and lying plain cement concrete of proportion (1:4:8) in foundation and floor using cement,4 cm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal, screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry, including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm. thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes all materials and cost all labours, sundries, T&P required for the work including shoring, shuttering and dewatering, hire & running charges of water pump complete if required as per the instruction of the Engineer -in -charge.

Providing and lying Cement Concrete of proportion (1:2:4) using 12 mm & down grade black hard crusher broken granite stone metal, washed and screened sharp sand of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying the concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required thickness including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties, cost of labours, T&P, hire & running charges of concrete mixer, etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge.

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying Reinforced cement concrete of M-20 grade including centering & shuttering as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 20 N / mm2. in 15 cm. cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 516 using 12 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crushed broken granite stone chips and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned ( 20mm. size chips not to exceed 25 % ) to be mixed in concrete mixture including hoisting, lowering, laying and compaction concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days, then after dismantling and removing debris from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T & P required of the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. But excluding cost and conveyance of Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending binding etc. of tor steel tying the grills and placing in proper position.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing M.S reinforcement of SAIL (RINL/ JINDAL/ TATA/ Shyam Steel) for R.C.C work including cutting, bending , and binding, and tying the grills and placing in position including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge, conveyance of all materials to worksite, payment of royalty, taxes etc all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Brick masonry using Fly Ash. bricks of size 25 cm. x 12 cm. x 8 cm. having crushing strength not less than 75 kg. Per. Sqr. Cm. in cement mortar of mix( 1:6) with screened & washed sand for mortar after immersing the bricks for 6 (Six) hours in water before use in Foundation & Plinth including splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in all floors at all height with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of brick masonry walls after racking out joints including watering and curing rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P, sundries and scaffolding required for the work etc. with providing grooves as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 16mm thick cement plaster in all floors at all height with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of brick masonry walls after racking out joints including watering and curing rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P, sundries and scaffolding required for the work etc. with providing grooves as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 6mm thick plaster in C.M. (1:4) over ceiling, chajja, loft, staircase, column, beams and walls after removing the false if necessary and close deep chipping including rounding of the corners, recess and roughening concrete surface where necessary, watering and curing, finished smooth over R.C.C. surface, including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying granite in floor using 16-18mm thick granite slab of approved quality, colour and size over 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) and finishing the joints with epoxy based water proofing grout to match the colour & shade of tiles including cutting to shape, grinding and wax polishing, cost of all labour, materials, taxes, royalties, loading and unloading, conveyance, sundries, watering etc. complete as per drawing and direction of the Engineer -in-charge.

Providing & laying granite in Skirting using 10mm thick granite slab of approved quality, colour and size over 12 thick cement mortar (1:3) and finishing the joints with epoxy based water proofing grout to match the colour & shade of tiles including cutting to shape, grinding and wax polishing, cost of all labour, materials, taxes , royalties, loading and unloading, conveyance, sundries, watering etc. complete as per drawing and direction of the Engineer -in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of stainless steel of 304 grade in hand rail using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90 mt c/c and stainless square pipe bacing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in three rows as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc with cost, conveyance,of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for the complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer -in- charge.

Painting two coats with Water soluble weather coat paints of approved shade of approved make or equivalent over out side brick wall over a coat of primer, by means of brush to outside surface of new walls after scraping, cleaning the surface including all cost of materials, labour, all taxes , watering & curing T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.
