Providing and lying plain cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) in foundation and floors using Portland Slag Cement(PSC) with 12 mm. Size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick in each layer including Centering & shuttering with cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes all materials and cost all labours, sundries, T & P required for the work including shoring, shuttering and dewatering if required including hire & running charges of water pump complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. )

R.C.C. work of M-20 grade having minimum compressive strength (in work test) 200kg./cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using 12mm to 20mm size (1/2” to 3/4”) crusher broken hard black granite chips of 20mm size (not to exceed 25%) of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete with vibrator, watering and curing for 28 days, cost of rigid and smooth centering & shuttering and finishing to exposed surface smooth providing, grooves or beads wherever necessary as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-charge but excluding cost of M.S. rod/Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills etc complete as drawing design and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fixing and placing of Tor steel (HYSD) Fe-500 of SAIL/ TATA/RINL/JINDAL/SHYAM STEEL for RCC work in all floors of required diameter of approved quality with straightening, Cutting, bending, binding welding or jointing if necessary, bending, binding, tying the grills as required for R.C.C. works, providing fan hooks where necessary and hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position according to approved designs and drawings including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, taxes of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge required for the work and cost of all labour, sundries, T & P and scaffolding complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Brick work in foundation and plinth with flyash bricks in cement mortar (1:6) with best quality bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 immersing the bricks in water for not less than 6 hours before use (the bricks shall be well burnt, free from cracks, well shaped, uniform in size and shall produce a clear metallic ringing sound when struck) includes molding, chamfering, corbelling .complete as per drawing, design and specification, watering and curing for 7days including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing 12mm. thick cement plaster in all floors at all height with cement mortar of mix (1:6) finished smooth to inside smooth surface of brick masonry walls after racking out the joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, coveyance, loading and unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T&P and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as desired by the Engineer in charge.

Providing 6mm thick plaster in C.M. (1:4) over ceiling, chajja, loft, staircase, column, beams and walls after removing the false if necessary and close deep chipping including rounding of the corners, recess and roughening concrete surface where necessary, watering and curing, finished smooth over R.C.C. surface, including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 16mm. thick cement plaster in all floors at all height with cement mortar of mix (1:6) finished smooth smooth surface of brick masonry walls after racking out the joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, coveyance, loading and unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T&P and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as desired by the Engineer in charge.

Providing kota stone flooring using kota stone of approved quality, colour and size of 25mm minimum thick in floors, treads on steps and landings in all floors at all height on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar of mix (1:4) laid in proper slope and gradient with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and grouted with neat white cement slurry jointing the kota stone with neat white cement slurry mixed with required quantities of pigments of approved marks to match the shades of the kota stone, if required , watering and curing for 21 days, including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work including rubbing mechanically and wax polishing etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting to external surface of building with two coats of weather coat over a coat of primer of approved shade and quality of approved design, after cleaning by watering & removing the dirts etc. to the surface to be painted including watering, curing, cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, brushes, T&P etc. and necessary scaffolding work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 20mm. thick Decorative cement plaster in all floors at all height with cement mortar of mix (1:4) finished smooth to inside smooth surface of brick masonry walls after racking out the joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, coveyance, loading and unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T&P and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as desired by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and laying of heavy duty factory made hydraulically pressed and mechanically compacted free cast interlocking TUFF STONE brand pavers or concrete block 60mm thick coral shaped preparation of sub base with 50mm sand and leveling, laying of interlocking paver block with sand binding and final compaction with plate vibrator finishing the surface including cutting of blocks at the edges with all labour and materials etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

BOREWELL

Labour for drilling a perfectly vertical bore hole of specified dia for a specified depth below ground level through consolidated and unconsolidated rock with combination drilling rig as required to suit the site conditions as per the direction of the E.I.C. including use of own rig with its accessories T & P and consumables etc. for lowering 125 mm x 100 mm dia G.I /PVC/MS pipes for housing fitted with socket and with or without well screen as per the necessity for soft, medium hard and boulder formation (G.I./PVC/MS casing pipes if required to prevent collapse of over-burden is to be provided by the contractor including lowering and withdrawing after completion of the tube well).

Lowering the following size of G.I. /PVC/MS housing pipe with or without slotted pipes as per the necessity from ground level up to 45mtr depth fitted and fixed up in perfectly vertical position including cutting & threading of pipes & slotted pipes & supplying & fixing all jointing materials, tools & plant etc. all complete & keeping the top of casing pipe threaded including plugging tube-wells to prevent entry of foreign materials.

Cleaning and developing the tube well with their own compressor continuously worked till clear and adequate discharge is obtained from the tube well including supply and use of all necessary equipments and labour as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for fitting and fixing of PVC casing pipe (80 Schedule) with socket including all cost of materials, taxes, transportation to site etc

a) 150 mm dia PVC –80-Schedule

Providing, fitting and fixing and laying of rigid PVC-U (ASTM D 1785 Sch-80) pipe threaded at both ends, complete with required galvanized iron fittings, confirming to IS 1239 (P-I) laid below and above ground level both in horizontal and vertical position, including cutting the pipes to sizes, threading, jointing with sockets, testing to required pressure head, excavation of the pipe line trenches up to a depth of 0.80mt in all kinds of soil and rock, refilling the trenches with excavated soil in layers of 30 cm with supply of all materials all complete as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

i) 50mm dia

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for fitting and fixing of 1HP submersible pump of TEXMO Make(Model no: TRF 1010+TF007) including cost of all materials, transportation and taxes of pump etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for fitting and fixing of 2HP control panel including with DOL starter with indicator 32 Amp TPN main switch including connection, installation etc. all complete as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and laying of 2.5sqmm 3-core flat cable including all cost of material, labour, T&P etc. all complete as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying Fitting and fixing of all accessories SS nipple, G.I nipple, nut bolt boaring cover (as per approved) etc complete as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge.
