The bidder should have satisfactorily executed similar nature of works in the last five years, specifically in the field of construction of buildings, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) components. The required experience includes: - Three similar nature of works, each costing Rs. 1,75,15,346.00 (40% of bid value) or more, - Two similar nature of works, each costing Rs. 2,18,94,182.50 (50% of bid value) or more, - One similar nature of work, costing Rs. 3,50,30,692.00 (80% of bid value) or more. The bidder should also have experience in execution of Building works with MEP, where the cost of which is more than the bid value of this tender. Additionally, experience in installation of lift and Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) is required, although lack of experience in these areas will not be a disqualifying factor. The bidder can submit a maximum of two projects for evaluation, with the following marks allocation: - One Project: 10 Marks - Two Projects: 20 marks. The annual turnover of the bidder in any of the preceding 5 years should be the bid amount after due indexing. The bid capacity of the qualified bidders meeting minimum qualification should be evaluated as per the formula: Bid Capacity : ‘C’ = A x N x 2 – B. The bidder's experience and capability to execute and complete the work within the stipulated period will be evaluated through a technical presentation. The bidder is required to have previous experience in execution of Building works with MEP, where the cost of such works is more than the bid value of this tender, and provide documentary evidence to support their claims.
