The bidder should have satisfactorily executed similar nature of works with specific cost requirements. The required prior work experience includes: - Three similar nature of works each costing Rs. 96,84,160.00 (40% of bid value) or more, - Two similar nature of works each costing Rs. 1,21,05,200.00 (50% of bid value) or more, - One similar nature of work costing Rs. 1,93,68,320.00 (80% of bid value) or more in the current or last five years. Alternatively, the bidder must satisfy at least one of the following conditions during the last 5 years: a. 3 similar nature of building works with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing(MEP) components each costing not less than or equal to 40% of the bid value. b. 2 similar nature of building works with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing(MEP) components each costing not less than or equal to 50% of the bid value. c. 1 similar nature of building works with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing(MEP) components each costing not less than or equal to 80% of the bid value. The bidder should have previous experience in execution of Building works with MEP, where the cost of which is more than the bid value of this tender. The bidder can submit a maximum of two projects for evaluation, with the following marks allocation: - One Project: 10 Marks - Two Projects: 20 marks The annual turnover of the bidder in any of the preceding 5 years should be the bid amount after due indexing. The bidder should also have experience in installation of lift and Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC). No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder is required to submit documentary evidence of their previous experience. The bid capacity of the qualified bidders meeting minimum qualification should be evaluated as per the formula: Bid Capacity : ‘C’ = A x N x 2 – B, Where, A = Maximum value of Civil Engg. Works executed in any year in preceding 5 yrs. N = No. of year prescribed for completion of works for which bids are invited. B = Value of works in hand at present price level.
