The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in execution of Building works with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) components. The experience requirements are as follows: - One project with a cost of not less than or equal to 80% of the bid value. - Alternatively, two projects with a cost of not less than or equal to 50% of the bid value. - Alternatively, three projects with a cost of not less than or equal to 40% of the bid value. The available bid capacity at the expected time of bidding should be more than the total estimated cost of the works. The total value of Civil Engineering construction work performed in the last five years should be furnished, with a certificate from a Chartered Accountant, and the works should be above Rs. 3 crores. The escalation factor is applied to update the value of existing commitments and ongoing works to the current price level, with a base year of 2024-25. The bidder's prior work experience should demonstrate their capability to successfully complete the envisaged work.
