The bidder should have satisfactorily executed similar nature of works in the required amount. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar nature of works each costing Rs. 1,42,96,266.40 (40% of bid value) or more, - Two similar nature of works each costing Rs. 1,78,70,333.00 (50% of bid value) or more, - One similar nature of work costing Rs. 2,85,92,532.80 (80% of bid value) or more in the current or last five years. The experience should be in construction of buildings inclusive of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) components. The bidder must satisfy at least one of the following conditions during the last 5 years: a. 3 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 40% of the bid value. b. 2 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 50% of the bid value. c. 1 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 80% of the bid value. The bidder should have previous experience in execution of Building works with MEP, where the cost of which is more than the bid value of this tender. The bidder can submit a maximum of two projects for evaluation, with the following marks allocation: - One Project: 10 Marks - Two Projects: 20 marks Additionally, the annual turnover of the bidder in any of the preceding 5 years should be the bid amount after due indexing. The bid capacity of the qualified bidders meeting minimum qualification should be evaluated as per the given formula: Bid Capacity : ‘C’ = A x N x 2 – B, Where, A = Maximum value of Civil Engg. Works executed in any year in preceding 5 yrs. N = No. of year prescribed for completion of works for which bids are invited. B = Value of works in hand at present price level. The minimum qualification criteria for the bidder is 70 marks out of 100. The bidder should have completed building works with MEP of a value more than the bid value of this tender. The bidder needs to provide a list of on-going works as per bid documents and details of works executed during the last five years. In case of works executed in Public or Private Limited Companies, the average turnover of that Public or Private Limited Company in last five financial years should not be less than Rs.50.00 Crore. The evaluation criteria give a weightage of 20 marks to the previous experience in execution of Building works with MEP. The bidder is required to enclose documentary evidence to support their claim. The escalation factor will not be allowed in this condition. The bidder's experience in installation of lift and Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) is desirable, but not mandatory.
