The required prior work experience for the bidder includes execution of Building works with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) components. The cost of such works should be more than the bid value of the tender, which ranges from Rs.70.58 Lakh to Rs.973.02 Lakh. The bidder should have satisfactorily executed three similar nature of works each costing Rs. 1,48,59,910.00 (40% of bid value) or more, or two similar nature of works each costing Rs. 1,85,74,888.00 (50% of bid value) or more, or one similar nature of work costing Rs. 2,97,19,820.00 (80% of bid value) or more in the current or last five years. Alternatively, the bidder must satisfy at least one of the following conditions during the last 5 years: a. 3 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 40% of the bid value. b. 2 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 50% of the bid value. c. 1 similar nature of building works with MEP components each costing not less than or equal to 80% of the bid value. The bidder can submit a maximum of two projects for evaluation, with one project worth 10 marks and two projects worth 20 marks. The annual turnover of the bidder in any of the preceding 5 years should be at least the bid amount after due indexing. The bidder should also have completed a total value of Civil engineering construction work in the last 5 years, with a certificate from a Chartered Accountant. The bidder should provide a statement showing the value of existing commitments and ongoing works, as well as the stipulated period of completion. A maximum of two projects will be considered during the evaluation process in Technical Point of Presentation, and these projects should have a cost more than the bid value of this tender.
