The bidder is required to have prior experience in execution of Building works with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) components. The experience should be in similar nature of building works with each project costing not less than or equal to 80% of the bid value. The bidder should have satisfactorily executed three similar nature of works each costing Rs. 2,79,73,825.60 (40% of bid value) or more, or two similar nature of works each costing Rs. 3,49,67,282.00 (50% of bid value) or more, or one similar nature of work costing Rs. 5,59,47,651.20 (80% of bid value) or more in the current or last five years. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in similar nature of building works with MEP components, with each project costing not less than or equal to 80% of the bid value. The bidder can submit documentary evidence of either one project (worth 10 marks) or two projects (worth 20 marks), with a maximum of two projects considered during the evaluation process. The required prior work experience also includes completion of a total value of Civil engineering construction work in the last 5 years. The bidder should provide a certificate from a Chartered Accountant for this.
