The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. 3 similar nature of building works with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) components, each costing not less than or equal to 40% of the bid value, with a specific amount of ₹ 1,70,26,816.00. 2. 2 similar nature of building works with MEP components, each costing not less than or equal to 50% of the bid value, with a specific amount of ₹ 2,12,83,520.00. 3. 1 similar nature of building work with MEP components, costing not less than or equal to 80% of the bid value, with a specific amount of ₹ 3,40,53,632.00.
