Plain Cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm(1½”) size hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete, watering, curing etc, complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 0’-6” thick in each layer including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc, complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete of Proportion(1:2:4) in foundation using 4 cm ( 1 1/2" ) and down graded c.b granite metal of approved quality lowering and laying concrete in layers,levelling,side shuttering if required ramming the concrete,watering for curing to the required no. of days etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including cost,conveyance,royalties of all materials including cost and transportation of cement,cost and carriage of water with cost of all labour ,T&P,all other machineries etc. required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per latest specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing all materials,labour and T&P for R.C.C ( 1:1.5:3)Work using screened and washed 12mm to 20mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips as per IS: 383 ,clean sharp dry coarse river sand including hoisting and laying concrete to proper grade in all floors at all heights compacting concrete by suitable means ( using vibrator ) including cost of rigid and smooth steel or ply centering & shuttering with spreading polythene paper s of approved quality over the centering plates ,watering for curing for 3 weeks with cost and carriage of water ,finishing the exposed surfaces smooth by providing cement plaster in C.M(1:4) with beads wherever necessary including cost,conveyance,royalties etc. of all materials including cost and transportation of cement and storage at site and labour and T&P ,all other machineries etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per latest specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge in footing

Cutting, straightening coiled or bent up M.S. Rod or tor steel of SAIL/ TATA / RINL (VIZAG) make including bending, binding, welding and joining if necessary and tying the grills and placing in position as required for R.C.C. Work and for providing fan hooks as required, hoisting, lowering, laying including cost, conveyances, taxes of M.S. Rod or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour required for the work for bending, binding and tying the grills in all floors (Linear measurement will be taken and quantity will be calculated basing on the standard weight of B.I.S. for M.S. Rods or tor steel only. Wastage if any, including weight of binding wire will not be considered for measurement) etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing precast, pre-tensioned SFRC pillar top coping having dimension of (200x200x150)mm made with M-30 grade conc. etc complete including transporetation to the site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing precast,pre-tensioned SFRC slab having dimension of (2100x300x50)mm made with M-30 grade conc.with 4mm dia GI HTFC wire 4 nos . Covering the top of the slab etc complete including transporetation to the site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing precast, pre-tensioned SFRC pillar top coping having dimension of (200x200x150)mm made with M-30 grade conc. etc complete including transporetation to the site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing precast, pre-tensioned SFRC slab top coping having dimension of (2100x200x150)mm made with M-30 grade conc. etc complete including transporetation to the site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

2 coats of cement paint of make Asian / Berger/Dulox over a coat of cement wash of approved shade to inside wall surface upto required height in all floors to give an even shade including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and labour, scaffolding charges to required height with T&P required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Sample of Cement Paint shall be approved before procurement and use

Supplying,Providing and fixing of galvanised iron chain link fencing mesh of 3" square size with MS angle have L-shaped cross section 50mmx50mmx6mm including coat of materials , labour and T&P

Supplying MS Gate Made out with MS flat, angle of approved design & specification including cost of all materials coast of manufacture cost of one coat of primer,all taxes T&Petc complete

Painting two coats with any approved paint in iron works including sand papering, polishing surfaces,cost of paints, cost of all labour, T& P, etc complete in all floors as per direction of E.I.C

Providing hydraaulic excavator for dressing & levelling the plots

Cutting of trees and bushes.
