- Estimated Value = (11,48,416 / 5) * 100 = Rs. 2,29,683,200/- Thus, the estimated contract value is Rs. 2,29,683,200/- Using this value, the bid capacity can be calculated as:

The bidder is required to have prior work experience in transport work, specifically in the field of Food grains, Sugar, Paddy/ Coarse grains or any other non-toxic commodity. The required prior work experience includes executing work of a certain value in the immediate preceding five years. The tenderer should have executed work of value of at least 20% of the estimated contract value, which is Rs. 45,93,661/-, in one single contract in one financial year. Alternatively, the tenderer should have executed work of value of at least 40% of the estimated contract value, which is Rs. 91,87,321/-, in multiple contracts in one financial year. In case the tenderer does not have the requisite experience, they may still participate by providing an undertaking to submit an additional security in the form of Bank Guarantee @ 2% of the contract value.
