Providing & laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1 cement 4 coarse and 8 graded stone aggregate fo 40 mm nominal size) in foundation and pinth including cost of hoisting, lowering laying concrete, ramming , watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15cm thick including cost. Conveyance, loading and unloading, royalties and taxes all materials and cost of all labours, sundnes, T & P required for the work complete including dewatering if required as epr instruciton of Engineer-in- charge.

BRICK WORK(1:6):- Well burnt first class brick masonry using CB bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 kg per squr.cm. in cement mortar of (1:6) with portland slag cement after immersing the bricks for 6 (six) hours in water before use in superstructure similar such type of works with all necessary projections, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading and unloading, royalitioes and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, sundries, T & P required for the works etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C.Works . Providing, lifting, hoisting laying Reinforced cement concrete of M20grade in column footings s per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength ( in work test) 200 kg/Square cm. in 15 cm cubes at 28 days afterr mixing and tests conducted in accordance with I.S. 416 using 12 mm to 20 mm size black hard crusher broken grantie stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry washed and cleaned (20 mm size not to exceeds 25%) to be mixed in concrete mixure with ordinary portland cement (OPC) includin ghosting, lowering, lying and compacting concrete by using vibrators, watering andcuring for 28 days centering and shuttering and finishing the xposed surface mooth providing grooves of beads wherever necessary including cost. conveyance, loading and unloading , royaliies and teaxes of all materials and cost of all labours , sundries , T &P, required for the work etc. complete in all respect excluding cost and conveyance of HYSD/Ms steel and binding wires and labour charges for straihtaining, cutting, bending etc. of M.S rods of for steel and binding wires and lying the grils and placing in poper postion.---COLUMN

REINFORCEMENT:--Cold twisted steel reinforcemtn for RCC work including cutting bendingstragntening and binding with 18swg black annealed wire and placing in posting complete.

GRADING PLASTER:--Providing and laying 20 mm thick grading plaster with CM(1:4) and mixture with water proofing compound of ISI mark @ 2 Kg/ beg over roof slab after chipping the same and cleaning the surface by brushing, watering and curing etc. complete as per drawing design and instruction of EIC.

MS DOORS & WINDOWS:-Providng fitting and fixing of M.S.Door frame with integrated grill shutter as per the following design and specificaiton.

Fitting & fixing of door & window inclusive of all fitting fixures such as handle tower bolt stay, hinges , knob , screws, etc with all materials labour T & P etc.

CEMENTPLASTER:-Providing and laying cement plaster on surface after cleaning the surface taking out point including cost of all materials labour cuting taxes etc complete as per instruction fo architect/ Engineer incharge --12MM CP (1:6) OUTSIDE SURFACE

16mm cement plaster 1:6 over brick work to inside walls.

20 mm cp 1:4 over concrete surface

Fixing vertified tiles in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1cement : 1sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment o match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast TILES.

Fixing tiles in dados skrting on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1cement : 1sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tile.

2.5cm artificial stone flooring with cement concrete (1:2:4) including punning-using 12mm crusher broken granites chips per 1sqm

Wall Painting two coats with Weather coat paint of approved shade on new work including cost of paint. per 1 Sqm.

Finishign walls with Distemper of approved shade on new work 2 coats to give an even shade inclduing cost of brushes and putty inclduing cost of paint( per one Sq. Mtr)(for inside)-Distemper

b. Providing and painting two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of primer to steel work including sand papering, scaffolding , cost of conveyance, taxes of all materials. T & P labour required to complete the work as per design/ drawing & instruction of Architect/ Engineer-in- charge.
