Supplying all labour for dismantling brick or stone masonry including stacking of useful material for reuse and removal of debris within 50m initial lead including cost,conveyance,royalties & taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Earthwork in excavation in ordinary soil withing 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rought dressing and breaking the clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth on foundation trenches including dressing and leveling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials with all leads and lifts T&P shoring and shuttering , dewatering if required etc complete including cost,conveyance,taxes of all labour with T&P required etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying all labour with T&P for filling foundation and plinth with sand including watering, ramming etc comolete including cost , conveyance , royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete (measurement will be taken on finished & complete section only) as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete with (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 40 mm ( 1 ½ ‘’) size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete watering and curing etc complete to required level laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm ( 6’’) thick including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

RCC M20 grade in Foundation and Plinth, footings, bases of columns, mass concrete, precast slabs etc having a minimum compressive strength 20 N/mm2 ( in work test of 200 Kg per CM2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 using 12 mm to 20 mm size hard black crusher broken granite stone chips (20 mm size not to exceed 25% ) including hoisting, lowering, laying compacting concrete by using concrete mixer vibrators and similar equipments and tools and plants with watering and curing for 28 days including centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects but excluding the cost of M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

RCC M20 grade in Column and Beam having a minimum compressive strength 20 N/mm2 ( in work test of 200 Kg per CM2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 using 12 mm to 20 mm size hard black crusher broken granite stone chips (20 mm size not to exceed 25% ) including hoisting, lowering, laying compacting concrete by using concrete mixer vibrators and similar equipments and tools and plants with watering and curing for 28 days including centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects but excluding the cost of M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Supplying,fitting,fixing, and placing uncoated HYSD Bar reinforecement including straightening ,cutting, bending, binding by using binding wire of18-20 gauze , molding, welding, jointing if necessary and placing in position as per drawing & technical specification ( Payment shall be made on weight of M.S. Rod & Tor steel only and no separate payment will be made towards the weight of binding wires) including cost,conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance,taxes of all labour T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar ( 1:4 ) in SS using K.B. bricks of size (25 X 12 X 8 ) cm with dimensional tolerance (+or-) 8% and crushing strength not less than 75Kg/cm2 after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in superstructure, including splays cutting,circular molding& corbeling,chamfering & similar such type of works,watering and curing etc complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials & cost, conveyance, taxes of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fly ash bricks of 25 Cm. x 12 Cm. x 8 Cm. size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg./Cm2 with dimensional tolerance ± 2 % having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg./Cm2 in cement and sand mortar ( 1:6 ) in Superstructure using , including splays cutting,circular molding& corbeling,chamfering & similar such type of works,watering and curing etc complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials & cost, conveyance, taxes of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete with (1:1.5:3) in using 12 mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete watering and curing etc complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. (for minor repair works only)

Supplying all labour and material for cutting and fixing of thermal expansion joint board in required size in expansion joints of Cement concrete road including cost , conveyance , royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete (as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying all labour for dismantling Grading plaster including stacking of useful material for reuse and removal of debris within 50m initial lead including cost,conveyance,royalties & taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

4 cm thick grading concrete (1:2:4) with chicken mesh on roof slab using 12 mm using water proofing treatment for roof with construction chemicals including two coats of chemical paiting with SBR Latex modified in ratio (1:2:2) and down black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete watering and curing etc complete to required level including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour including cost of water proof compound with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

16 mm thick cement plaster with cement and sand mortar (1:6 ) finished smooth over inside rough surfaces of brick masonry walls etc with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

12 mm thick cement plaster with cement and sand mortar (1:6 ) finished smooth over inside rough surfaces of brick masonry walls etc with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

12 mm thick cement plaster with cement and sand mortar (1:4 ) finished smooth over inside rough surfaces of brick masonry walls etc with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Priming one coat with of approved quality of primer of Berger make including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials & cost ,conveyance taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete in all respect as per the direction of the Eng.-in-charge

Wall painting two coats with weather shield coat of approved shade over wall surface finished smooth to give an even shade including watering,curing etc complete including cost,conveyance,taxes of all materials and cost,conveyance,taxes of all labour with T&P required etc complete in all respects as per the direction of Eng.-in-charge.

Wall painting two coats with a plastic emulsion paint of approved shade over wall surface finished smooth to give an even shade including watering,curing etc complete including cost,conveyance,taxes of all materials and cost,conveyance,taxes of all labour with T&P required etc complete in all respects as per the direction of Eng.-in-charge.

Providing, supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S. grill gate, made out of M.S. flat and M.S. angle , M.S. square bar conforming to IS 1977/ 1975 of approved design and drawing (design and drawing to be supplied from the Engineer in charge) including drilling holes in frames etc supplying required size of M.S. screws and cutting grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Priming one coat to iron works with of approved quality of primer of Berger make including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials & cost ,conveyance taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete in all respect as per the direction of the Eng.-in-charge

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paints to iron / wooden doors and windos with a paint of approved shade including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials & cost ,conveyance taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete in all respect as per the direction of the Eng.-in-charge

Providing,fitting and fixing of powder coated Al. Door with 6mm plain glass in top portion with 6mm thickglass bottom portion with anodized Al. door section of 9202 as vertical member, 9201 as top and 9200 as middle and bottom member with frame section no 9221 and tapered clop No. 4660 and the frame to be completed by means of jointing angle No. 1855, etc complete including cost, conveyance royalties and taxes of all materials and cost,taxes of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing,fitting and fixing up window (sliding type) made up powder coated aluminum section 9778 as window frame, section on 4095, 4096 and 9777, 3994 as shutter frame with 5mm thick plain glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of materials all taxes labour, T&P excluding cost of glass etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Supplying all labour with t & P required for removal of debris by mechanical means up to a distance of 5 KM including cost taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Supplying fitting and fixing of 3D stainless steel letters raising using 304 grade22 gage stainless steeel as in other metal grades as per the specific finish requirements, comin with screw support and installation including cost taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Supplying fitting and fixing of Logo Engraving & Rising with screw support and installation including cost taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing of wall panelling made out of Aluminium secgtion B 9835 as Horizontal and vertical member placed @ 600 mm C/C covered with 4mm thick ACP Board (Viva / HPL) including including cost taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.
