Providing and Making Re-enforcing Grills for RCC works with MS rod,tor-steel of required diameter and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge with straightening, cutting, bending, binding, tying the grills and placing in position suiting to the form-work for RCC structural member as per the drawing and design at site including cost conveyance taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineering charge.(Payment shall be made on weight of MS rod/tor-steel only and no separate payment for binding wires)

Providing Cement Concrete of grade M-20 (1:1 ½ :3) using 12mm(½") size hard black crusher broker granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including batching, grading, mixing in a mechanical mixture, hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete with appropriate vibrator for casting- in- situ suitable to the drawing and design at site having compressive strength not less than 200 kg/sqcm in 15cm cubes and test conducted after 28 days of curing as per test conducted in accordance with the code IS-456 and IS-516 in work test with watering and curing for 28 days to attain the required strength as mentioned including cost of shuttering including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Brick masonry work with cement mortar (1:6) in Foundation and Plinth using Fly-Ash bricks of size 25cm X 12cmX 8cm having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/Sqcm with dimensional tolerance + 2%and immersing the bricks for six hours before use in masonry work with splays, cutting, corbelling, chamfering, circular moulding and similar such type of works , watering and curing to attain required strength etc complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Brick masonry works with cement mortar (1:6) in Super Structure using Fly-Ash bricks of size 25cm X 12cmX 8cm having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/Sqcm with dimensional tolerance + 2% and immersing the bricks for six hours before use in masonry work with splays, cutting, corbelling, chamfering, circular moulding and similar such type of works , watering and curing to attain required strength etc complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing, supplying, fitting and fixing of fan hooks in R.C. ceiling including cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangements required for the works etc. complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

12 mm thick cement plaster with cement and sand mortar (1:6 ) finished smooth over inside rough surfaces of brick masonry walls etc with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

16 mm thick cement plaster with cement and sand mortar (1:6 ) finished smooth over inside rough surfaces of brick masonry walls etc with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

6 mm thick cement plaster with cement and sand mortar (1:4 ) finished smooth over inside rough surfaces of brick masonry walls etc with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing 20mm thick Grading Plaster in cement mortar (1:4) using sand and Bajri (6mm size hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry) of 50% each including batching ,mixing, blending etc for preparing the concrete with lowing, laying, hoisting etc for applying over RCC roof surface to proper grade and slope mixed with water Proofing compound as per necessity, compacted and finished smooth to get required thickness with watering and curing to attain required strength etc complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S.Door,Window ,trusses made out of M.S.Angle , Square bar,flats etc of approved design and specification with all cost conveyance taxes etc. complete.As per the direction of the E.I.C.

Supplying , fitting and fixing of two track UPVC sliding window/ ventilator of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixtures.

Providing for Finishing surfaces of wall /ceiling with cement/water based wall putty of approved quality and make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting etc complete including cost, conveyance taxes of all materials and cost conveyance, of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangements for scaffolding, staging etc required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing Primming one coat with primer over plastered surface of approved quality and make painted and finished after washing and cleaning the same etc complete including cost conveyance taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the Specification and direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Wall painting two coats with a plastic emulsion paint of approved shade over wall surface finished smooth to give an even shade including watering,curing etc complete including cost,conveyance,taxes of all materials and cost,conveyance,taxes of all labour with T&P required etc complete in all respects as per the direction of Eng.-in-charge.

Providing for Weather coat two coats of approved quality, make and shade washed and finished smooth over exterior surfaces of wall etc after washing and cleaning the same etc complete including cost conveyance taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the Specification and direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing Primming one coat with primer for iron works of approved quality and make painted and finished after washing and cleaning the same etc complete including cost conveyance taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the Specification and direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing Painting two coats with Synthetic Enamel Paint for wood & iron works of approved quality, make and shade, painted and finished smooth after washing and cleaning the same etc complete including cost conveyance taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the Specification and direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Supplying, all labour and T&P for filling Foundation and Plinth with excavated earth including cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangements required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineering charge.

Providing and Supplying for Removal and Disposal of surplus earth, debries, garbages etc with mechanical means like transportation by Truck /Tractor with loading and unloading of the materials to a distance up to 5 Kms etc complete including cost of Transportation charges and labour with T&P for collecting, loading, unloading, removal & disposal in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge
