Cement concrete with (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 40 mm ( 1 ½ ‘’) size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete watering and curing etc complete to required level laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm ( 6’’) thick including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying all material and labour for constructing 1.22m dia and 2.591m deep soak way pit with dry brick walling up to 2.13m height and first class KB brick wall in CM (1:6) for the remaining portion of wall, providing cement olaster inside and out side filling dry brick khoa of size 38.1 to 50.8 mm to a height of 1.98m from bottom, covered by means of 38.1mm thick RCC perforated slab 50.8mm thick 2” dia RCC wall cover in piecess fitting with iron fittings including earth work in excavation and refilling the cavity arround the pit ,paint if iron items with a non corossive paint including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying all labour for dismantling and removing R.C.C. slab including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50 mt. lead including cost, conveyance and taxes of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of the E.I.C.

Earthwork in excavation in hard soil on foundation trenches in all kinds of soil including moorum stony earth and earth mixed with boulder except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting including dressing and leveling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials with all leads and lifts T&P shoring and shuttering , dewatering if required etc complete including cost,conveyance,taxes of all labour with T&P required etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete with (1:2:4) in using 12 mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete watering and curing etc complete to required level laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm ( 6’’) thick including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying,fitting,fixing of MS rod or tor steel including straightening ,cutting, bending, binding by using binding wire of18-20 gauze , molding, welding, jointing if necessary and placing in position as per drawing & technical specification ( Payment shall be made on weight of M.S. Rod & Tor steel only and no separate payment will be made towards the weight of binding wires) including cost,conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance,taxes of all labour T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying all labour for dismantling cement concrete including stacking of useful material for reuse and removal of debris within 50m initial lead including cost,conveyance,royalties & taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Supplying all labour with T&P required for fitting and fixing of R.C.C circular well ring temporary septic tank of size (4' x 5') inside diameter of proportion (1:1.5:3) including lifting,laying & jointing the well ring with cement mortar (1:4) and inside portion plaster punning with cement mortar (1:4) and cement washing two coats to outside surface including bending,binding of MS rod including cost, conveyance, taxes of all labour with T&P required etc complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Supplying all labour with T&P required for fitting and fixing of following PH items with brands ORIPLAST ( Sch 80) for pvc pipes,PARRYWARE for porcelin items,jaguar for CP fittings, TATA for MS/GI items with all required fittings as per P.H. specification including cost, conveyance, taxes of all material & cost,conveyance,taxes of all labour with T&P required etc complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Supplying all labour and T&P for removal and disposal of debris , surplush earth and other excavated materials etc by mechanical means upto a distance of 5 km with collecting and stacking of same with head load 50 mtr including loading and unloading for truck transportation including cost, conveyance of all labours with T&P as required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the EIC.

First class brick masonry in cement mortar ( 1:6 ) in F & P using fly ash bricks of size (25 X 12 X 8 ) cm with dimensional tolerance (+or-) 8% and crushing strength not less than 75Kg/cm2 after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use, including splays cutting,circular molding& corbeling,chamfering & similar such type of works,watering and curing etc complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials & cost, conveyance, taxes of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all labour with T & P required for construction of manhole chamber of dimension ( (03' .0 X 0.3" X 0.3") including earth work in all kinds of soil, laying CC(1:3:6) on bed using 25.4 to 50.80mm metal ,benching with CC (1:2:4) using 25.4 to 38.1mm chips ,first class KB brick work in cement mortar (1:4),12.7mm cement plaster on inside surface of man hole and benching, cement flush pointing in (1:3) on the out side of man hole chamber, providing 19.05mm MS or CI step iron, providing RCC roof slab in cc(1:2:4) using 12mm size chips, laying reinforcement as per specification, providing CI manhole cover with two coats of black anti corosive paints, refilling the cavity arround manhole cover with excavated material including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Foundation and bases of column

Supplying all labour with T & P required for laying 6'' dia PVC pipe in required gradient inside the trench over a bed of concrete laid in proportion (1:4:8), jointing the pipes with tarred gasket and cement mortar in proportion (1:1) , encasing the pipe all arround with CC (1:3:6) including lowering the pipe carefully ,placing in position , watering or dewatering if required , testing of sewer line for leakage , back filling after allignment ,removing the surplus earth including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Priming one coat with af approved quality of primer of Berger make including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials & cost ,conveyance taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete in all respect as per the direction of the Eng.-in-charge

Supplying all labour with T&P for filling foundation and plinth with sand including watering, ramming etc comolete including cost , conveyance , royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete (measurement will be taken on finished & complete section only) as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

12 mm thick cement plaster with cement and sand mortar (1:6 ) finished smooth over out side rough surfaces of brick masonry walls c with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

RCC floor & Roof slabs,landings, balconies, projecting sun shades and chajjas upto 4.3m height

Supplying all labour for dismantling brick masonry including stacking of useful material for reuse and removal of debris within 50m initial lead including cost,conveyance,royalties & taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

12 mm thick cement plaster with cement and sand mortar (1:4 ) with cement punning finished smooth over inside rough surfaces of brick masonry walls etc with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting two coats with weather shield coat on wall surface with a paint over a coat of primer of approved shade including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materilas and cost, conveyance and taxes of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of the E.I.C.

Providing strong, rigid,leveled, and plumbed centering and shuttering to required shape and size for GROUND FLOOR with ply or steel centering materials with all necessary bracing and tiles and supports with leveling centering covered with plastic sheet with provisions necessary holes and pockets for electrical conduits, pipes, P.H pipes for hooks or boxes, switch and board insert plates, clamps and extension bars etc. including dismantling the same after the required interval from the date of casting including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance,loading and unloading taxes, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants etc complete as per EIC
