Supplying all labour with T&P for filling foundation and plinth with sand including watering, ramming etc comolete including cost , conveyance , royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete (measurement will be taken on finished & complete section only) as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete with (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 40 mm ( 1 ½ ‘’) size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete watering and curing etc complete to required level laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm ( 6’’) thick including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

RCC (1:1.5:3) M20 grade in RCC column base and column unto plinth having a minimum compressive strength 20N/mm2 ( in work test of 200 Kg per CM2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 ) using 12 mm to 20 mm size hard black crusher broken granite stone chips ( 20 mm size not to exceed 25% ) including hoisting, lowering, laying compacting concrete by using concrete mixer vibrators and similar equipments and tools and plants with watering and curing for 28 days including centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects but excluding the cost of M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in – charge.

First class brick masonry in cement mortar ( 1:6 ) in F & P using fly ash bricks of size (23 X 11 X 8 ) cm with dimensional tolerance (+or-) 8% and crushing strength not less than 75Kg/cm2 after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use, including splays cutting,circular molding& corbeling,chamfering & similar such type of works,watering and curing etc complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials & cost, conveyance, taxes of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

RCC (1:1.5:3) M20 grade in Roof slab having a minimum compressive strength 20 N/mm2 ( in work test of 200 Kg per CM2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 using 12 mm to 20 mm size hard black crusher broken granite stone chips (20 mm size not to exceed 25% ) including hoisting, lowering, laying compacting concrete by using concrete mixer vibrators and similar equipments and tools and plants with watering and curing for 28 days including centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects but excluding the cost of M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Supplying,fitting,fixing of MS rod or tor steel including straightening ,cutting, bending, binding by using binding wire of18-20 gauze , molding, welding, jointing if necessary and placing in position as per drawing & technical specification ( Payment shall be made on weight of M.S. Rod & Tor steel only and no separate payment will be made towards the weight of binding wires) including cost,conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance,taxes of all labour T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

2.50 cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) using sand and bajuri of approved quality including watering and curing etc complete to required level including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

12 mm thick cement plaster with cement and sand mortar (1:6 ) finished smooth over inside rough surfaces of brick masonry walls etc with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

12 mm thick cement plaster with cement and sand mortar (1:4 ) finished smooth over rough surfaces of brick masonry walls etc with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

16 mm thick cement plaster with cement and sand mortar (1:6 ) finished smooth over out side rough surfaces of brick masonry walls c with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing for supplying, fitting and fixing vitrified tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make and of approved quality and shade laid on floors using 25mm thick cement and sand mortar in ( 1:4) and joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including cost conveyance taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P etc. complete in all floors in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S. door,window, grill gate,ladder made out of M.S. flat and M.S. angle , M.S. square bar conforming to IS 1977/ 1975 of approved design and drawing (design and drawing to be supplied from the Engineer in charge) including drilling holes in frames etc supplying required size of M.S. screws and cutting grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Priming one coat with af approved quality of primer of Berger make including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials & cost ,conveyance taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete in all respect as per the direction of the Eng.-in-charge

Painting two coats with weather shield coat on wall surface with a paint of approved shade including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materilas and cost, conveyance and taxes of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of the E.I.C.

Wall painting two coats with a plastic emulsion paint of approved shade ( burger make) over wall surface finished smooth to give an even shade including watering,curing etc complete including cost,conveyance,taxes of all materials and cost,conveyance,taxes of all labour with T&P required etc complete in all respects as per the direction of Eng.-in-charge.

Supplying all labour and T&P for removal and disposal of debris , surplus earth and other excavated materials etc by mechanical means upto a distance of 5km with collecting and stacking up same head load with 50mtr including loading and unloading for truck transportation cost including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance and taxes of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the EIC.

Providing, supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S. grill using hollow section including cost, conveyance, and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paints to iron works over a coat of primer with a paint of approved shade including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials & cost ,conveyance taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete in all respect as per the direction of the Eng.-in-charge

Supplying,fitting and fixing of window (sliding type) made of alluminium section 9778 as windows frame , section no. 4095 ,4096 and 9777 ,3994 as shutter frame with 5 mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber bidding including all fitting & locking arrangement complete including cost, conveyance royalties and taxes of all materials and cost,taxes of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing,fitting and fixing of alluminium door with OEL anodized Al. door section of 9202 as vertical member ,9201 as top member and 9200 as bottom & middle member and 12mm thick prelaminated board fixed on door frame by means of tapered clip no. 4660 and the frame to be completed by means of jointing angle no. 1855 etc complete including cost, conveyance royalties and taxes of all materials and cost,taxes of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of wall panelling made out of Aluminium section B 9835 as Horizontal and vertical member placed @ 600 mm c/c covered with 4mm thick A C P Bord (VIVA/HPL)including cost of all materials, labours & T&P etc.

Supplying fitting & fixing of 3D stainless steel letters raising using 304 grade stainless steel as in other metal grades as per the specific finish requirement , comin with screw support & instalation including cost taxcess of aa labour with t& p reqd etc complete in all respect as per direction of E I C
