Providing and Supplying for Removal and Disposal of surplus earth, debries, garbages etc with mechanical means like transportation by Truck /Tractor with loading and unloading of the materials to a distance up to 5 Kms etc complete including cost of Transportation charges and labour with T&P for collecting, loading, unloading, removal & disposal in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge

Excluding cost of bricks (Reusing Old bricks)

Providing Supplying, Fitting, Fixing M.S. Grill and Grill Gates etc made with M.S. Angle, Chennel, Flat to suitable dimension at the occasion at the site fabricated as per approved design and drawing with cutting, turning, welding, providing holes/grooves as per necessity, fitted with locking arrangements, handles etc, dully fixed at the opening in proper position with clamps well embedded in masonry walls/ RCC members with C.C.(1:1½ :3), finished with 12mm CP(1:3) etc complete including cost conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the Specification and direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing for Painting Water Proofing Cement Paint one coat as primer of approved quality, make and shade washed and finished smooth over exterior surfaces of wall etc after washing and cleaning the same and providing watering & curing etc complete including cost conveyance taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the Specification and direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Excluding cost of bricks (using New bricks)

Providing Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) work of grade M-20 (1:1 ½ :3) in Foundation, Footing, Column, Stem and Columnupto plinth using 12mm (½ inch) size hard black crusher broker granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including batching, grading, mixing in a mechanical mixture, hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete with appropriate vibrator for casting- in- situ suitable to the drawing and design of the structural member at site having compressive strength not less than 200 kg/sqcm in 15cm cubes and test conducted after 28 days of curing as per test conducted in accordance with the code IS-456 and IS-516 in work test with watering and curing for 28 days to attain the required strength as mentioned including cost of centering and shuttering but excluding cost of re-enforcing materials like MS rod, tor-steel,binding wire and labour charges for making & tying the re-enforcing grills and including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Cement Concrete work of proportion (1:4:8) in bed of foundation / basement of floor etc. using 40mm size hard black crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry laidd in layers not exceeding 150mm thick compacted to required depth suitable to drawing and design for the site with watering and curing to attain required strength etc complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing for Weather coat two coats of approved quality, make and shade washed and finished smooth over exterior surfaces of wall etc after washing and cleaning the same etc complete including cost conveyance taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the Specification and direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing Painting two coats with Synthetic Enamel Paint for wood & Iron works of approved quality, make and shade, painted and finished smooth after washing and cleaning the same etc complete including cost conveyance taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the Specification and direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

16mm thick Sand and Cement plaster of proportion (1:6) finished smooth over rough surfaces of brick masonry walls including racking out the joints with watering and curing etc complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing Primming one coat with primer for Iron works of approved quality and make painted and finished after washing and cleaning the same etc complete including cost conveyance taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the Specification and direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Clearing Grass & removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50mtrs outside of the periphery of the area including cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P and all arrengements required for the work etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

12mm thick Sand and Cement plaster of proportion (1:6) finished smooth over smooth surfaces of brick masonry walls including racking out the joints with watering and curing etc complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Brick masonry works with cement mortar (1:6) in Super Structure using Fly-Ash bricks of size 23cm X 11cmX 8cm having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/Sqcm with dimensional tolerance + 2% and immersing the bricks for six hours before use in masonry work with splays, cutting, corbelling, chamfering, circular moulding and similar such type of works , watering and curing to attain required strength etc complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Earthwork Excavation in Foundation trenches in hard soils with dressing and leveling the bed and sides Suitable to the drawing and design and depositing the excavated soil within initial lead of 50 mtr. and initial lift of 1.5 mtr Including cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Removing Cement/ lime plaster from walls, ceiling etc. including racking out the joints up to 12mm deep with removing & disposing the debris etc within 50mtr. lead. Including cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing Cement Washing one coat with good quality port land cement and water properly mixed, washed and finished over plastered surfaces after washing and cleaning the same etc complete including cost conveyance taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangement required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the Specification and direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Dismantling and Removing Brick/Stone Masonry in cement/lime mortar under 3mtr height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing & disposing the debris etc. within 50mtr lead including cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangements required for the works etc. complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Filling in Foundation and Plinth with sand well watered and rammed, laid in layers not exceeding 150mm in thickness suitable to drawing and design compacted to required depth etc complete including cost conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P, equipments and accessories and provision for all arrangements required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineering charge.
