Cement concrete with (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 40 mm ( 1 ½ ‘’) size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete watering and curing etc complete to required level laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm ( 6’’) thick including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying all labour for dismantling tiled flooring including stacking of useful material for reuse and removal of debris within 50m initial lead including cost,conveyance,royalties & taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Supplying all labour with T&P for filling foundation and plinth with sand including watering, ramming etc comolete including cost , conveyance , royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete (measurement will be taken on finished & complete section only) as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing fitting, laying and fixing of approved quality Granite tile above 0.4sqm (20mm thick) in floors laid on 20mm thick cement and sand mortar in ( 1:4) and joints with white cement of approved quality etc including cost conveyance taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance,taxes of all labour with T&P required etc. complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Priming one coat with af approved quality of primer of Berger make including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials & cost ,conveyance taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete in all respect as per the direction of the Eng.-in-charge

Wall painting two coats with a plastic emulsion paint of approved shade over wall surface finished smooth to give an even shade including watering,curing etc complete including cost,conveyance,taxes of all materials and cost,conveyance,taxes of all labour with T&P required etc complete in all respects as per the direction of Eng.-in-charge.

Supplying all labour for dismantling cement concrete including stacking of useful material for reuse and removal of debris within 50m initial lead including cost,conveyance,royalties & taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Supplying,fitting and fixing of window (sliding type) made of alluminium section(powder coated) 9778 as windows frame , section no. 4095 ,4096 and 9777 ,3994 as shutter frame with 6 mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber bidding including all fitting & locking arrangement complete including cost, conveyance royalties and taxes of all materials and cost,taxes of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.(powder coated)

First class brick masonry in cement mortar ( 1:6 ) in SS using fly ash bricks of size (25 X 12 X 8 ) cm with dimensional tolerance (+or-) 8% and crushing strength not less than 75Kg/cm2 after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use, including splays cutting,circular molding& corbeling,chamfering & similar such type of works,watering and curing etc complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials & cost, conveyance, taxes of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying fitting fixing of ceiling mounted 24W LED (LSDRN-24-CDL/WW) of Circular light fittings(CG /Philips make) with all required fittings etc complete including cost, conveyance royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

RCC (1:1.5:3) M20 grade in Roof slab having a minimum compressive strength 20 N/mm2 ( in work test of 200 Kg per CM2 in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 using 12 mm to 20 mm size hard black crusher broken granite stone chips (20 mm size not to exceed 25% ) including hoisting, lowering, laying compacting concrete by using concrete mixer vibrators and similar equipments and tools and plants with watering and curing for 28 days including centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects but excluding the cost of M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Providing & fixing of double skinned partition with Aluminium section 9210 as horizontal and vertical member as single groove both side placed at 0.60m interval covered with 9mm thick BWR Ply and 1mm thick sunmica of approved shade with cost of all materials labours & T&P etc complete excluding GST as per direction of EIC.

Providing fitting, laying and fixing of approved quality Ceramic glazed wall tile of approved make and shade of premium grade having thickness 6.5 mm to 6.7 mm conforming to IS 13753 for sizes 30cm x 20cm / 20cm x 20cm of special plane / printed series of approved quality & make laid on vertical faces of walls,dados skirting and risers of steps using 12mm thick cement and sand mortar in (1:3) and joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing,watering and curing etc including cost conveyance taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance,taxes of all labour with T&P required etc. complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing fitting, laying and fixing of approved quality Granite tile above 0.10 sqm & 0.4sqm (10mm thick)laid on vertical faces of walls,dados,skirtings and risers of steps using 12mm thick cement and sand mortar in ( 1:3) and joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing , watering and curing etc including cost conveyance taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance,taxes of all labour with T&P required etc. complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying all labour for dismantling doors and windows including stacking of useful material for reuse and removal of debris within 50m initial lead including cost,conveyance,royalties & taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Supplying fitting fixing of ceiling mounted 40W LED of CG /Philips make of light fittings with all required fittings etc complete including cost, conveyance royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying all labour for removal of cement plaster including racking out joints 12 mm deep and removal of debris within 50m initial lead including cost,conveyance,royalties & taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Providing fitting & fixing of false ceiling with Armstrong silhouette main runner, cross tee, wall angle with fine fissured RH-99 board on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw, Pvc plug & the Arm strong grid 2'0" x 2'0" suspended from ceiling etc completed as per the direction of EIC

Finishing wall surface with cement based wall putty (water based)of approved quality and make and finished smooth etc complete including cost,conveyance,taxes of all materials and cost,conveyance,taxes of all labour with T&P required etc complete in all respects as per the direction of Eng.-in-charge.

16 mm thick cement plaster with cement and sand mortar (1:6 ) finished smooth over rough surfaces of brick masonry walls c with watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect s as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying,fitting,fixing of stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50m dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with ballustrade of size 32 x 32 x 2mm in 3 rows in staircase as per approved design including cost,conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost, conveyance,taxes of all labour T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing,fitting and fixing up partition walling OEL aluminium anodised section (powder coated) no. 9210 and 9207 as single groove and double groove respectively as horizontal and vertical member and OEL section 4660 as tapered clip for fixing up 12mm thick prelaminated board and jointing angle No. 1855 etc. etc complete including cost, conveyance royalties and taxes of all materials and cost,taxes of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. Supplying fitting & fixing of false ceiling with alluminium anodized T-section No. 3215 with 2' center to center L-section No. 1705 up to 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw & PVC plugs and the alluminium grid 2' x 2' sustainded from ceiling with 12.5mm thick gypsum board etc complete including cost, conveyance royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing for supplying, fitting and fixing vitrified tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm coloured/printed series(Homogeneous) of approved make and of approved quality and shade laid on floors using 20mm thick cement and sand mortar in ( 1:4) and joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including cost conveyance taxes of all materials and cost conveyance of all labour with T&P etc. complete in all floors in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying all labour for dismantling and removing tiles from walls & skirting from walls including racking out joints upto 12 mm deep including stacking of useful material for reuse and removal of debris within 50m initial lead including cost,conveyance,royalties & taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Supplying all labour and T&p for removal of debris , surplus earth and other excavated amterials etc. by mechanical means upto a distance of 5 km with collecting and stacking of same head load with 50 mtr including loading and unloading for truck transportation cost and conveyance of all labours and t&P required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the EIC.
