Supplying HYSD bars of approved quality size and grade and cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills in proper position as required for the RCC work , including cost, conveyance of HYSD bars Fe500 and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and cost of labour,T & P and other materials complete in all respact as directed by the EIC.

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m as per direction of EIC.

Loosening the ground upto a level of 500 mm below the subgrade level , watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement as per table 300-2 of MORT&H specification for Road & Bridge work (5th Revision) for sub grade construction as per specification and direction of EIC.

Construction of granular Sub-base by providing close graded (Grading-II) materials, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve desired density complete as per Clause-401-1 of MoRT&H (5th Revision) and direction of EIC.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS-383 the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, aggregate cement ratio not to be exceeded 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per Table 600.1. cement content not to be less than 150kg/Cum. Optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, contrete strength not to be less than 10Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.28 / 0.40 cum capacity and placement to site, compaction with vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc completed with cost conveyance and of all materials Hire and running charges machineries and cost of all labour, T&P etc. completed as per the direction of EIC.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed (at expansion and construction joint only) plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement of M30 grade concrete with coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.28/0.40cum capacity using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete the shovels rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints with admixtures and curing compound asper clause No. 1501 MORD and as per direction of EIC.

Filling in foundation and plinth or floor with excavated earth or moorum or extra good earth including laying, watering and ramming in 23 Cm (9") thick layers with all necessary leads and lifts complete inclusive cost of all labour T&P and required to complete as per direction of EIC.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road-way cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures,graded and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300-2 as per appd. drawing and technical specification as per clause 305 of MoRT&H specifications of road & bridge works (5th revision)

Labour for drilling a perfectly vertical bore hole of 250x125mm dia for a specified depth below ground level through consolidated and unconsolidated rock with down the hole hammer drilling rigs or combination drilling rigs (1200cfm / 300psi) as required to suit the site condition as per the direction of Engineer in charge including use of own rigs with its accessories, tools and plant and consumables etc for lowering of 125 mm dia GI/PVC pipes for housing fitted with socket and with or without well screen as per the necessity for soft, medium, hard and boulder formation (GI/PVC) casing pipes if required to prevent collapse of over burden is to be provided by the contractor including lowering and with drawing after completion of the bore well

Lowering of 125mm dia PVC pipe of Schedule-80 with or without slotted pipe as per necessity from ground level & fitted up to perfectly vertical position including cutting & threading of pipe, Supplying and fixing of all jointing materials, tools & plant etc. complete & keeping the top of the casing pipe threaded plugging tube wells to prevent entry of foreign materials from above including cost, carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as directed by EIC. Supplying of all material, labour, T&P and providing sanitary sealing by cement concrete grouting of annular space around P.V.C. pipe up to 5.0 mts. below ground level to plug bore hole including cost of cement all complete as per direction of EIC. Minimum 1mt of casing pipe to be inserted in the bore into the rock at the bottom to ensure sanitary sealing.

Conveying, supplying & packing the bore with washed gravel/ pebbles of required size & specification around the pipe including cost, carriage, royalty of all material, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Supplying of all materials, labour, T&P and fixing 150mm dia M.S.Cap over the top of casing pipe including cost of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required to complete as per direction of EIC.

Cleaning & developing the bore well using their own compressor continuously working till clear & adequate discharge is obtained from the tube well including supply & use of all necessary equipments and labour as per the direction or Engineer-in-Charge. (Developing the bore well by DTH/ ROTARY drill).

Supplying all materials, equipments, labour and conducting reconnaissance survey integrated hydrological and Geophysical survey and selection of potential source for exploration of ground water including selection and recommendation of site for successful drilling of production bore well as per direction of EIC

C.C. of prop. (1:2:4) in using 12mm (1/2”) size hard crusher broken granite chips of appd. Quality from appd. quarry including centering, shuttering to wall side & lowering, laying, concrete, watering and curing etc. comp. To required levels laid in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of EIC

Supplying all material and labour for fabrication and fitting, fixing in position as per approved design using 80mm G.I. Pipe (ISI) (Medium) including drilling holes and welding etc. complete as per direction of EIC. (Make-TATA)

Supplying all materials for fitting and fixing in position as per approved design using M.S. angle channel and M.S. flat including drilling hole and welding etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Painting two coats with approved brand of black bitumious paint of approved shade and quality over a coat of approved primer to new iron works including cost of paint, primer, putty, scaffolding, T&P all labour and materials required for the work etc. complete as per direction of EIC. (paints of Burger, nerolac, J&N & Asian ICI Brand is to be used)

Painting two coats with approved radium paint for glow sign and making attention to driver etc complete including cost of paint, primer,scaffolding, T&P all labour and materials required for the work etc. complete as per direction of EIC.(Make- Asian Royal Radium Paint)

Supplying and tying engineering rope of 20mm dia nylon of approved quality and size with the submersible pump and HDPE pipe including all cost as per direction of EIC.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of pair of steel bearing for inserting 25mm dia pipe including welding, nut & bolt etc. complete as directed by EIC.
