Construction of granular Sub-base by providing close graded (Grading-II) materials, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve desired density complete as per Clause-401-1 of MoRT&H (5th Revision) and direction of EIC.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS-383 the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, aggregate cement ratio not to be exceeded 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per Table 600.1. cement content not to be less than 150kg/Cum. Optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, contrete strength not to be less than 10Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.28 / 0.40 cum capacity and placement to site, compaction with vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc completed with cost conveyance and of all materials Hire and running charges machineries and cost of all labour, T&P etc. completed as per the direction of EIC.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed (at expansion and construction joint only) plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement of M30 grade concrete with coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.28/0.40cum capacity using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete the shovels rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints with admixtures and curing compound as approved by EIC. complete in all respect. as per clause No.1501 MORD and as per direction of EIC.

Filling in foundation and plinth or floor with excavated earth or moorum or extra good earth including laying, watering and ramming in 23 Cm (9") thick layers with all necessary leads and lifts complete inclusive cost of all labour T&P and required to complete as per direction of EIC.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road-way cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures,graded and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300-2 as per appd. drawing and technical specification as per clause 305 of MoRT&H specifications of road & bridge works (5th revision)

Providing and fixing of over head sign with MS tresties trusses of section & type as per structural designed requirement & approved including cost,conveyance,royalities of all materials,cost of all labour,T & P required for the work to complete as per direction of EIC. Painting two coat with approved brand of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and quality over a coat of primer over old/new iron works including cost of paint, primer, putty, scaffolding, T&P, cost, conveyance, cost of all materials and cost of all labour required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of EIC.
