Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and fixing Vitrified floor tile of of approved shade size 600mmX600mm on floors with application of polymer modified quick set cement based water resistant adhesive conforming to IS : 15477 of 3 mm thick bed and filling joints with cement based grout of matching shade of approved quality including cost, carriage, cost of all labour, T&P required to complete the work as per specification and direction of EIC. (Make :- Kajaria / Orient/ Bell / Somany / RAK/ Cengress) in First Floor (To be used after selection of tile by EIC.)

Scraping old paint with scrappers, sand papers and washing with soap water or soda including cost of all labour,T & P etc. required to complete as per direction of EIC.

Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials, cost of all labour T&P etc. complete as per direction of EIC. (Make SG England/ J.K./Birla)

Providing two coats of plastic emulsion painting of approved shade over a coat of primer to give an even shade to surface of wall, including cost, conveyance of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by EIC.( Paints of Berger/ ICI/ Nerolac / Asian to be used)

Painting two coat with approved brand of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and quality over a coat of primer over old/new wood and iron works including cost of paint, primer, putty, scaffolding, T&P, cost, conveyance, cost of all materials and cost of all labour required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of EIC. (Paints of Berger/Nerolac/J&N /Asian/ ICI Brand is to be used.).

Weather coat two coats of approved brand and shade over a coat of primer over exterior surface of wall exposed to weather including cost of brush, scaffolding, staging charges with cost, conveyance of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as directed by EIC. (Weather coat should of ICI/Berger/Asian is to be used).

Providing and fixing of factory made uPVC Sliding window (White Colour) complete, comprising uPVC multi-chambered frame having in-built uPVC roller track on top and uPVC sash with wall thickness of 2.0mm (+-0.2 mm) duly reinforced with G.I. section 1.6 mm (+-0.2 mm), profile shall be manufactured from Tropicalized Blend with TiO2 and required additives. Profile must be colorfast and conform to standard EN12608. The profile sections should have multi hollow (min 2 to 3 chambers) chamber to include GI reinforcement with 120 GSM zinc coated, fitted in continuous length, in closed chamber. The thickness of GI should be selected to meet the wind load requirement as per IS 875- Part III on sash/mullion. Supplier should be submitting wind load calculation & validation complying with IS-875-III before material supply. Minimum steel reinforcement thickness of 1.2mm to 2.5mm. UPVC Windows & Doors must be fabricated with fusion welded corners & must conform to the strength requirements based on wind load as per IS 875-Part III. All hardware fitted should be Non-SS, except handles to be of zinc/Al. alloy casted with powder coated. Glass should be of 5mm single clear toughened Glass with weather seal (EPDM/TPE). After placing 5 mm Clear Toughned glass in the sash, uPVC glazing bead, interlock, EPDM gasket, brush shall be provided including touch lock( above 1500 mm Multi Lock ) and rollers & proper drainage system shall be provided. Window frame will be fixed to the wall with 100mm long and 8mm dia. Fasteners and after fixing frame the gap between frame & wall should be filled with silicon sealant (not more than 5 mm x 5 mm), complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
