A) Man-month rate shall include the following:

iii) Sick leave, annual leave/leave with wages & health care of workmen
iv) Wages & other statutory benefits of workers to be engaged against leave reserve.
v) Insurance against personnel injury and death of workmen deployed

B) Monthly Infrastructure charges shall include the following: a) Monthly rent & repair maintenance of buildings/playground/Gas pipe line
a. Electricity/water/hiring charges of vehicles for local conveyance, LAN connection, printing & stationery, study materials, on line test & office expenses, administration & overhead cost, sanitary materials.
b. Hiring charges of Equipment for physical training and sports materials, projector, Television
c. Charges for other materials required beyond the obligation of OMC
d. Insurance against loss, damage to the infrastructure & equipment to be provided. C ) Profit & Loss and any other liabilities to be complied under the applicable statutory /legal provisions
