RR HG stone masonry in CM (1:4) using Granite broken stone of size not less than 0.0025 cum stacked in foundation and plinth and ornamental moulding with necessary projections, cutting and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work comp. in all respect as per specification and direction of EIC.

Supplying and laying of M30 grade heavy duty factory made hydraulically pressed and mechanically compacted pre cast interlocking Paver blocks of 60mm thick by preparation of sub base with 50mm sand and leveling,laying of interlocking paver block with sand binding and final compaction with plate vibrator finishing the surface including cutting of blocks at the edges with all labour and materials etc complete in all respect confirming to SP:63-2018 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Make-Samudyam/GICO or equivalent)

Providing, fixing and erecting 50 mm dia steel pipe railing in 3 rows duly painted on medium weight steel channels (ISMC series) 100 mm x 50 mm, 1.2 metres high above ground, 2 m centre to centre, complete as per approved drawings and MoRTH specification and as per direction of EIC.

Construction of granular Sub-base by providing close graded (Grading-II) materials, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve desired density complete as per Clause-401-1 of MoRT&H and as per direction of EIC.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS-383 the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, aggregate cement ratio not to be exceeded 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per Table 600.1. cement content not to be less than 150kg/Cum. Optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, contrete strength not to be less than 10Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.28 / 0.40 cum capacity and placement to site, compaction with vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc completed with cost conveyance and of all materials Hire and running charges machineries and cost of all labour, T&P etc. completed as per the direction of EIC.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed (at expansion and construction joint only) plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement of M30 grade concrete with coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.28/0.40cum capacity using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete the shovels rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints with admixtures and curing compound as approved by EIC. complete in all respect including the cost of formwork as per clause No.1501 MORD and as per direction of EIC.
