Supplying HYSD bars of appd. Quality size and grade and cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills in proper position as required for the RCC work including cost, conveyance of HYSD bars (Fe500) and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and cost of labour, T&P required to comp. in all respect as directed by the EIC.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material (Grading-II), spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of MoRT&H specification and direction of EIC.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS-383 the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, aggregate cement ratio not to be exceeded 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per Table 600.1. cement content not to be less than 150kg/Cum. Optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, contrete strength not to be less than 10Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher placement to site, compaction with vibratory roller/PRR, finishing and curing etc completed with cost conveyance and of all materials Hire and running charges machineries and cost of all labour, T&P etc. completed as per the direction of EIC.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed (at expansion and construction joint only) plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement (M30 grade) concrete with coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2cum capacity and appropirate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete the with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints with admixtures and curing of concrete slab for 14 days, curing compound as approved by EIC. complete in all respect as per clause no:1501 of MORD and as per direction of EIC.

Painting two coat with approved brand of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and quality over a coat of primer over RCC surface including cost of paint, primer, putty, scaffolding, T&P, cost, conveyance, cost of all materials and cost of all labour required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of EIC. (Paints of Burger/Nerolac/J&N /Asian/ ICI Brand is to be used.).

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 MORD / 305 MORTH

Watering earthwork upto OMC condition and compaction by sheepfoot rollers and dozer in layers not exceeding 22.5 cm to 95% dry density including hireand running charges of all the machineries complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (measurement to be taken on the finished compacted section of the fill under OMC condition.)

Providing and laying of filter media with hard granite stone crushed aggregate of 45mm size satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MORT&H specification to a thickness of not less than 600mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided to the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification and as per direction of EIC.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per specification and direction of EIC.

Filling in foundation and plinth or floor with excavated earth moorum including laying, watering and ramming in 23cm (9") thick layers with all necessary lead and lifts complete with cost of all labour, T&P etc. required to complete as per direction of EIC.
