Providing and fixing in position False ceiling 8mm thick Calcium Silicate board and a ceiling as per the pattern and design made from 12mm to Calcium Silicate board fixed with main G.I frame channels all along the wall shall be provided. The frame work to be suspended with G.I flats or adjustable M.S rod from intermediate channels using nuts and bolts as recommended using rawls plugs 12.5 mm dia bolts and soft cleat 27mmx 37mmx25mm. Arrangements are to be made to accommodate light fixtures, curtain rails by forming recessed channels which shall be done with jointing compound and paper tape .Ceiling to be levelled and free from cracks . Items to be completed in all respect to the architect's approval .Openings to be made in the ceiling as per architect 's approval .to accommodate lighting fixtures. Providing and fixing Roller Blinds as per the approved sample comprising of optima screen Fabric comprising of 22% polyester, 78% PVC, Fabric weight 460-480G weight per sqm, Thickness 0.67 mm, Yarn count 18-19/cm, having fire resistance standard – NFPA 701-89 small testing ISO-5659-2 .The tear resistance should be complying to ISO4674 & breaking resistance – ISO 5081. The control clutch drive unit engineered heavy duty chain drive pulley operating system consisting of gear clutch housing and locking plug containing minimum 6 ribs and inserted at minimum of 37mm into roller tube. It is self lubricating Exclusive clutch with safety pins for secure bracket installation and unlocking pin for quick manual removal. Supply and fixing of 16 amp socket outlet with 16Amp, 250 V clip in type modular switch and 16Amp, 250V modular socket ISI marked mounted on G.I modular box with face plate & cover of suitable size for AC/Gyeser/ Projector/ Water Purifier-cum-Cooler/ Any other power load including all accessories and connection as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Supply& fixing of Modular type 6 Amp one way switch and 6 A socket outlet with metal box and modular cover Separate Board on surface or recess including all conection as per special conditions of contract making good the damages caused complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge
