A weightage of 10% per year is given on the cost of satisfactorily completed works of previous years to bring them to the current price level. The bidder must demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual packages. The assessed bid capacity is calculated as (2x A x N - B), where A is the maximum value of work executed in any one financial year during the last five years, updated to the current price level with a 10% escalation factor per year.
