12mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to stone massonary after racking out joints including waterring and curring with cost, taxes, royalty and conveyance charges of all material to the worksite and supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Rigid smooth centering & shuttering for R.C.C. Works walls & fins including false work & dismateling then after including cost of materials in ground floor complete an directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Labour charge for M.S. reinforcement for R.C.C. work including cutting, bending & typing the grills & placing in position including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 guage per Qntl. Including cost of HYSD Steel Bar (FE 415/ FE 500)

Cement punning over plastering including waterring and curring with cost, taxes, royalty and conveyance charges of all material to the worksite and supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Filling the foundation and plinth with excavated material as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

White washing 2 coat with approve good stone lime including cost conveyance charges of materials including supply of labour, gum, indigo etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Writing charge of required information and data on both side of the transperancy pillar including supplying of approved paints and required material for writing etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Fitting & Laying of un plasticised 200mm dia PVC Pipe for following inside dia mtr. for all classes of pipe including jointing the pipe with solvent cement by non-head application method including fitting and fixing of required no. of PVC Tee for outlet and PVC Shaddle and PVC Riser nipple for fitting air valve, equal Tee etc. complete including conveyance pipe from factory to worksite and testing of pipe line etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Supply of solvent cement of approve quality for joiniting of PVC Pipe with all cost and all tax etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Labour charges for installation of10/ 12.5/15 HP Motor including fitting & fixing of base frame, fitting & fixing suction and delivery pipe to motor, NR Valve, Foot Valve, Sluice Valve and other fitting materials including cutting, welding and construction of supporting pillar etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Cutting , threading of 100 mm dia G.I.Pipes to proper size with required length making leak proof for flow of water and fitting it in proper position including transportation of Materials to Work site etc. complete as per the direction of the Site Engineer in Charge.

Fabrication of special joint including cutting and welding of pipes out of M.S. pipe / G.I.pipe including welding of flange at one end and other end suitable for connection to delviery pipe lines of pump sets including cost of cutting and welding, materials and fitting it in proper alighmentwith the deivery pipe line of pump sets etc. complete.

Welding, laying and fitting of 200 mm Ø MS pipe

100 mm Ø nominal bore G.I. pipe having wall thickness 4.5 mm electrical resistance welded of medium class confirming to IS - 1239 (pt-1 of 2004) with socketed at one end and the other end protected with plastic thread protector. The socket confirming to IS-1239 (pt-II/1992) with latest amendmewnts in random length of 4 to 7 mtrs. Each pipe should bear ISI certification & manufacturers name / Trade mark.

It includes the cost of sockets in case of plain ended pipe. PDI test are to be condcuted and should be marked on body of each pipe and report is to be obtained from CIPET, Bhubaneswar necessary approval of authority including transportation to work site in complete shape.

Empty outdoor irrigation panel boad (size 0.45mx0.25mx1.20m) of 18 SWG (cold rolled) M.S. sheet with one coat of red oxid primer and two coats of smoke gray / navey blue enemel paint on both side ( inside & outside) suitable to mount 3 phase starter, Main Switch and capacitor inside the pannel board vertically over 18 SWG M.S. sheet. The pannel board should be provided with locking arrangement.

4 KVR Power shunt capacitor

Construction and erection of 11/0.416 KV 25 KVA Star rated DP Sub-Stationconfirming to RE rule 1956. Mounted on 2.44 Mt long Structure, supported on 9 mt long PSC pole, Transformer Hard Channel & top Channel made of 2.8 mtr long 100X50X6 mm size MS channel, Transformer belting on 2.80 Mtr long 50X50X5mm size M.S. Angle, (all RECSPN. Std. F-3), with all accessories like, 3 pole 11 KV H.G. fuse (F-5) abd AB swithces (F-9) both mounted on 2.8 mtr long 75X40X6 mm size M.S. Channel and supported by 1.0 mtr long 50X50X5 mm M.S. angle, with 3 nos. 11 KV lightening Arrestor & Distribution box for 63 KVA S/S mounted on box ( 75X40X6 mm) to 2.5 mtr long pipe earthing (F-2) including cost of 50 sq mm 3.5 core LT cable connecting the supply line with 55 Sq mm AAA conductor, providing G.I. HT stay as required carping & padding of poles, Danger board at each pole. Anti Climbing device boundary fencing size (2.4 mtr X 3.6 mtr) with 10 nos. RCC pillers and 10 round barbed wires grill gate with locking arranegement with metal spreading of the Sub-Station and all other necessary fittings i.e., required size of Nuts & Bolts brackets, cables, Sockets etc. including cost of all labour transportation complete with liasion for testing, inspection and commissioning and writing of the pole as per prescribed colour pole. complete as per the direction of the site engineer incharge.

Barbed Wire Fencing size 15'X10 'with construction of retaining wall , erection of RCC fencing post ,sand filling & metal spreading, fixing of iron grill gate etc. as per DISCOM specifi cation.

Construction of 3 Phase 11 KV line as per REC stanard confirming to RE rules 1956 with 9 mt long PSC pole support in 60 mtr span, 55 Sq mm AAA conductor, 11 KV "V" cross arm, with required no of 11 KV T & C Disc. Insulators & 11 KV Pin insulators, Carping & Padding of poles, Danger board at each pole, Anti Climbing devices, stay set at bending point and double stay at end point with 18 mm G.I. H.T Stay, concreting of stay with anchor plate guarding at road crossing etc., marking OLIC in every PSC pole in enamale paint including cost of all materials. Labour trasportation, inspection and commissioning with cut point 1 No. etc., complete as per the direction of the site engineer incharge.

Construction of 3-phase, 4-wire LT line as per REC standard confirming to RE Rules 1956, with 8 meter long PSC pole support in 50 meter span, 3X35+1X25 sqmm AB Cable, required numbers of 16 mm LT GI Stay-Set at bending point and double Stay at end point with required numbers of Suspension clamp,Dead end clamp and LT Stay Insulator, providing coil earthing at each pole ,Carping and Padding of Poles, Danger Board at each Pole with Anti-Climbing device etc. including cost of all other Fittings, petty materials, all labours, with liaison for inspection and commissioning& writing on the Pole as per prescribed colour code, etc, complete as per the direction of the site engineer in charge .
