In the case of a joint venture, the bidder or their identified sub-contractor (JV partner) should have satisfactorily completed similar work, such as drilling of deep bore wells, with a value of not less than Rs. 288.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the value mentioned above. Additionally, the bidder or their identified sub-contractor (JV partner) should possess a valid electrical license and have executed similar electrical works, such as erection of HT and LT distribution systems and distribution sub-stations, with a value of not less than Rs. 432.00 Lakhs, which is 60% of the value mentioned above. The similar work experience should be completed within the last five years prior to the 2024-25 tender, including the current financial year, i.e., from FY 2019-20 to 2023-24. A weightage of 10% per year is given to the cost of satisfactorily completed works of previous years to bring them to the current price level. The bidder should also have executed a minimum quantity of similar major items of work, which is 40% of the estimated annual quantity of execution. For example, if the estimated quantity of work is 550 nos bore well, the minimum quantity required to qualify would be 0.4 x 550 nos bore well x 12/6 = 440 nos bore well. The bidder's work experience for the last 5 years should be supported by a certificate from an authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer or any other competent authority. The bidder must submit a self-attested copy of the certificate of authenticity from the concerned Executive Engineers or competent officers in charge of execution. The bidder must also submit annual I.T. Return of the last 5 years for assessment of financial soundness and furnish other documents. The bidder's available bid capacity will be calculated, and they must have sufficient experience and resources to meet the qualifying criteria. The bidder should have a minimum working capital requirement of 20% of the amount put to tender, which can be met out of bank credit or an irrevocable affidavit in stamp paper to provide balance working capital from own sources and others, with liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. 360.00 Lakhs.
