The bidder is required to have prior work experience of satisfactorily completing similar works. The required prior work experience includes completion of similar work with a value of not less than Rs. 614.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the proposed contract value, in the last five years for a single prime contractor. In case of a joint venture, the bidder or their identified sub-contractor should have completed a similar work of value not less than Rs. 246.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the value mentioned above, in the last five years. Additionally, the bidder or their identified sub-contractor should possess a valid electrical license and have executed similar electrical works of value not less than Rs. 368.00 Lakhs, which is 60% of the value mentioned above, in the last five years. The bidder should have completed at least 80% of the original contract value of the similar work. A weightage of 10% per year will be given to the cost of satisfactory completed works of previous years to bring them to the current price level. The bidder should also have executed a minimum quantity of similar major items of work, which is 40% of the estimated annual quantity of execution. For example, if the estimated quantity of work is 500 nos bore well and the period of completion is 6 months, the minimum quantity required to qualify would be 0.4 x 500 nos bore well x 12/6 = 400 nos bore well. The bidder should have a minimum working capital requirement of 20% of the amount put to tender, which is Rs. 307.00 Lakhs. The bidder should also have completed similar works in the last five years, with a value of 368.00 Lakhs (60% of the value at the financial year 2024-25 price level).
