The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactory completion of similar work in the last five years, from 2019-20 to 2023-24. For a single prime contractor, the bidder should have completed similar work of at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 642.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the proposed contract value at the 2024-25 price level. In case of a joint venture, the bidder or their identified sub-contractor should have completed similar work of at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 257.00 Lakhs, which is 40% of the value mentioned above (Rs. 642.00 Lakhs) at the 2024-25 price level. Additionally, the bidder or their identified sub-contractor should possess a valid electrical license and have executed similar electrical works towards the erection of HT and LT distribution systems and distribution sub-stations for rural electrification/Irrigation project electrification in a Government programme, of at least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 385.00 Lakhs, which is 60% of the value mentioned above (Rs. 642.00 Lakhs) at the 2024-25 price level. The bidder should have executed a minimum quantity of similar major items of work, which is 40% of the estimated annual quantity of execution. The bidder should also have a minimum working capital requirement of 20% of the amount put to tender, with a minimum of Rs. 321.00 Lakhs. A weightage of 10% per year shall be given on the cost of satisfactory completed works of previous years to bring them to the current price level. The bidder must demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual packages. To qualify for a package, the bidder must have experience in similar works. The value of similar works completed will be considered, with a weightage of 10% per year given to the cost of satisfactorily completed works of previous years to bring them to the current price level. The bidder should have satisfactory completion of similar works in the last 5 years (2019-20 to 2023-24), with a weightage of 10% per year given on the cost of satisfactory completed works of previous years to bring them to the current price level. The bidder has to demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual packages. The bidder should have sufficient work experience in Bore Well scheme/machinery and equipment required for execution of the work. The bidder should have a minimum quantity of similar major items of work, which can be calculated as 0.4 x (estimated quantity of work) x 12 months/period of completion. For example, if the estimated quantity of work is 500 nos bore well and the period of completion is 6 months, the minimum quantity required would be 0.4 x 500 x 12/6 = 400 nos bore well. The assessed bid capacity will be calculated as (2x A x N - B), where A is the maximum value of work executed, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the work, and B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works. The bidder's experience will be assessed based on the value of work executed in any one financial year during the last five years, updated to the current price level, with a rate of inflation of 10% per year. The bidder should have executed similar works, such as drilling of deep bore wells for irrigation/Rural water supply in a Government programme. The bidder should have executed similar electrical works towards the erection of HT and LT distribution systems and distribution sub-stations for rural electrification/Irrigation project electrification in a Government programme. The bidder should have a valid electrical license. The bidder should have a minimum working capital requirement of 20% of the amount put to tender, with a minimum of Rs. 321.00 Lakhs, which can be met out of bank credit or an irrevocable affidavit to provide balance working capital from own sources. The bidder should have completion of similar major item of work as in SCHEDULE-B
