Supplying & filling foundation trenches, plinth & ditches with river sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23 cm in depth with all lead & lift including cost , conveyance,loading ,unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials ,cost of all labour ,sundries , T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Rolling and compacting to sub-grade or formation Loosening by cutting earth for 0.15 mt. depth watering to OMC and rolling by PRR as per specification & direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and laying granular sub-base with moorum and laying in layer not exceeding 100mm thick including watering and compacting with PRR including all cost, conveyance, hire and running of PRR with cost of all materials, labour, T & P etc required for the work complete.

Supplying, mixing, providing laying in approved layer thickness to line, level grade & slope and constructing as per approved working drawing and approved mix design of wet mix Macadam (WMM) with different grades of materials mentioned in table (400-10 & 400-11) & Technical specification part I / II Cl. 406 and its related sub-clauses along with Cl. 112 of specification for road and bridge work MORT&H (4th revision), including mixing in approved mixing plant with arrangement for controlled addition of water and transporting the mix from the plant to site by trucks /tippers and unloading the same to the hopper of the self propelled sensor paver, paving the same compacting by vibrating roller of minimum 80 to 100 kn static weight or of equivalent capacity to achieve minimum required density complete including full compensation all operations, all inclusive costs, contigencies, incidentals involved for finished defect free item of work complete to specification as per direction of Engineer or his representative to satisfaction.

Supplying, providing, spraying & Priming over prepared base with bitumen emulsion of mediom porosity complying with IS8887 to a prepaired surface @ 6 kg. / 10sqm with a self propeled bitumen pressure sprayer unifermly at the specified temperature complete as per technical specification (PartI/II) Cl.502 along with Cl.112 of specification for road and bridge work MORT&H (4th revision) and as directed by Engineer or his representative including full compensation to all oporations, all inclusive costs, contigencies, incidentals involved for finished defect free item of work complete to specification as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supplying, providing and applying tack coat of bituminous cut back conforming to IS 8887 for super imposition of approved bituminous mix with the help of a self propelled hot bitumen pressure sprayer to spread the hot bitumen uniformly over the cleaned prepared dust free surface at specified quantity as per technical specification (Part I/II) and under Cl.503, Cl- 112 of specification of road and bridge work MORT&H (4th revision) including full compensation to all operations, all inclusive costs, contigencies, incidentals involved for finished defect free item of work complete to specification as per direction of Engineer or his representative to satisfaction.

Supplying, providing, laying Bituminous Macadam with bitumen 60/70 grade as under clause 504 and table 500-3, 500-4 and 500-5 & section 900, 112 as per technical specification part I / II MORT&H specification for road & bridge works (4th revision) heating all ingradients at their required temperature & mixing the combined ingradients thoroughly & uniformly coated in a approved hot mix plant capable of producing the required mix, transporting the mix from plant to worksite by transporting vehicle, unloading to the same into hopper of the sensor paver, spreading uniformly to line, level, grade and camber over the dust free cleaned prepared bituminous surface, rolling compacting by vibratory roller / pneumatic roller, tendem roller to required density including full compensation of all operations, all inclusive costs, contigencies, incidental involved in the work for the finished defect free item of work complete to specification as per direction of Engineer or his representative to satisfaction.

Providing,laying,constructing in single or multiple layers of Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete of 25mm thick to serve as a wearing surface in accordance with approved job mix formula with approve aggregate with bitumen of 60/70 grade ,mixing all the ingradients in approved proportion & heating to required temperature in approved hot mix plant capable of producing uniformly bituminous coated aggregate,transporting to site unloading the same in to the hopper of sensor paver,spreading to line grade,level and cross section as per approved drawing on a previouslycleaned dust free bituminous surface over an applied tacked surface as specified elsewhere and compacting with adequate capacity smooth wheeled roller/vibrating roller/pneumatic roller required to achieve the required density under technical specification PartI/II of MORT&H specification, section 500, 902 & 100 with required tables & relevant clauses and sub clauses road & bridge work (4th revision) including full compensation to all inclusive costs, all perations, contingencies, incidental involved for the finished defect free item of work to specification complete as directed by the Engineer or his representative to satisfaction.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using cement, 4 cm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal, screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm. thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, dewatering, royalties and taxes all materials and cost all labours, sundries, T&P required for the work including shuttering, hire & running charges of concrete mixer complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge.

Providing ,Lifting, Hoisting & Laying Reinforced Cement Concrete of M-20 grade in Column,beam,staircase ,lintel, Roof Slab,Chajaas per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength ( in work test) 250Kg. / Square cm. in 15 cm. cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using screened & washed sharp river sand for mortar and 10 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips (of required quantities) of approved quality & from approved quarry, washed and cleaned to be mixed in concrete mixture with approved quality of cement including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days, and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, un-loading etc. complete.

Cutting, Straightening coiled or bent up HYSD / TMT Reinforcement Bars welding or jointing if necessary, bending, binding, tying the grills as required for R.C.C. works and hoisting, lowering and placing the same in proper position according to the approved designs and drawings at all height including cost, coveyance, loading, unloading , stacking HYSD/ TMT Reinforcement Bars and Binding Wires of 18 to 20 Gauge required for the work , cost of all labour, sundries, T&P and scaffolding but excluding GSTcomplete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing strong, rigid, leveled and plumbed centering and shuttering to required shape and size for all kinds of R.C.C. works in the items mentioned below with wooden or steel centering materials with all necessary bracing, ties and supports for level centering , dismantling and removing the shuttering after the required interval of the curing from the date of casting as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge., including cost of all materials with transportation, shoring, shuttering and dewatering, taxes, loading and unloading ,all labour for the work, sundries, T&P scaffolding etc. complete.

Filling foundation trenches and plinth with excavated earth including laying the earth in layers not exceeding 23.5cm (9”) thick ramming and watering with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour, T&P etc. but excluding GST complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation in hard soil in road embankment within an initial lift of 5km including dressing the sides and levelling the bed & depositing the excavated materials away from the site by mecanical means within an initial lead of 5 KM including cost of dewatering, cost of all labour, sundries, Tools & plants etc. but excluding GST complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing hot applied thermoplastic paints conforming ASTM D-36/BS/3262 Part-I as sub clause no. 803.4 section 800 & Technical specification Part I/II MORTH of specification for road & brick works (4th revision) in 2.5mm thickness with all inclusive costs, all operations, contigencies, incidentals involved complete for the finished defect free item of work to specification & as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing Fly Ash brick masonry work in cement mortar of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) using Fly ash bricks 25cm x12 cm x8 cm of size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance of ± 8% with approved quality of cement and screened & washed sharp river sand for mortar after immersing the Fly ash Bricks for 6 Hours in water before use in works with all necessary projection, splay cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering, watering and curing etc., including cost, conveyance, stacking, loading, unloading, royalities and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries and T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 12mm thick  cement plaster with   cement mortar (1:4) with punning to dado/skirting/drain wall to R.C.C. surfaces including deep close chipping, roughening, scrapping, cleaning the exposed RCC surface and finishing smooth by using wooden float only, providing masonry drip course and grooves wherever necessary including cost of all labour, materi­als, conveyance, loading and unloading, royalties, scaffolding,  T&P,  sundries,   watering and curing, screening sand etc. but excluding GST complete  as  per   the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debris within 50 meters lead including all cost, T & P or as directed by the Engineer in Charge etc. complete.

Providing & filling medians with fretile soil(black aluvial soil) materials obtained from borrowpits, including excavating, loadind,transporting,unloading, spreading in layers to achieve maximum approved compacted thickness, levelling, grading as per approved drawings to the required slope, camber and watering, compacting to meet required density etc complete as per Clause 305 of specification for road and bridge works MORT&H (5th revision) including full compensation to all & inclusive cost of all labour, materials, Hire Charges of Plants & Machineries, all contingencies, incidentals involved for the finished operations defect free item work to specification complete & direction of Engineer- in- Charge.
