Supplying and placing ergonomically designed, comfortable & aesthetically appealing Auditorium chair (Geeken Make,Model No: AUDI-2). The seat shall be made of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood with HR polyurethane foam upholstered with fire retardent fabric tapestry and the back shall be made of PU Foam inserted frame of 19x2mm CR tube support by nylon belt for swinging comfort. The Chair shall have a seat sliding mechanism. The armrest shall be made of PU having cup holder. All metal components shall be powder coated in black colour with min 40-60 micron. The grouting plate shall be welded having the size 125mm X 305mm X 4mm thick. The Seat size shall be 470±10mm(W) X 440±10mm(D) and back size shall be 760±10mm (H) from seat X 465±10mm (W), & overall height = 1060±10mm., complete as per approved drawing and specification including cost of all materials labour and transportation as per direction of Engineer in charge (Excluding GST)

Supplying and placing Tip-up and Back Push Mechanism chair, arm rest to arm rest (ctc) 508 mm (20”), ABS molded housing for seat & back Covers. All sheet metal parts with powder coated. Arm rest in Wood or PPCP (With or Without Cupholder). Seat numbering on inner both the side of the chair stands with silicon stickers. Row number for seat along the aisles. Provision for lights on sides along with aisles with the row and the seat numbers display. Fabric of chair shall be 100% polyster with 4 mm lamination. (Colour approved by customer.) Frames of chair shall be 15 mm thick high pressure & induction heated plywood for seat manufactured with hardwood veneers. 12 mm thick high pressure & induction heated plywood for Back manufactured with hardwood veneers. Seat cushion tapered type front portion with a hump front - 115 mm (+/-5mm), Back - 90 mm (+/-5mm). Back cushion bucket type Headrest - 70 mm(+/-5mm) Centre – 45 mm(+/-5mm) Bottom – 95 mm (+/-5mm) Sides contours – 45 mm (+/-5mm). Size of seat cushion: 465 mm (+/-5mm) x 435 mm (+/-5mm)b) Back cushion: 640 mm (+/-5mm) x 435 mm (+/-5mm). Density of cushions - 50 (+/- 5) kg/m3. For tip-up and back push mechanism torsion spring/spring steel IS:4454 1981 grade III.
