One time repairing of Mechanized Car Parking System

One-time corrective maintenance and full restoration of the Multi (Five) Level Over-Ground Puzzle Type Electro-Mechanical Car Parking System at IDCO Towers, Bhubaneswar, designed to accommodate approximately 103 cars. The system, which has remained non-functional since commissioning, shall be made fully operational through comprehensive inspection, repair, servicing, and replacement of necessary major items such as electric motors of 1.5 kW and 2.2 kW ratings, NO+NC sensors, 1NO+1NC limit switches, puzzle parking electrical harnesses (such as configurations 8/7/7/7/7 and 6/6/6/6/6), HV PVC-insulated electrical cables (12C×50 sqmm, 1100V and 4C×1.5 sqmm, 500V), and various sizes of steel wire ropes (6 mm, 8 mm, and 10 mm diameter in configurations like 6×19W and 8×19S with FC core, and lengths ranging from 5400 mm to 17350 mm). The scope also includes servicing of mechanical modules, pallets, safety features, control systems, and associated electro-mechanical elements required for safe and smooth operation.

A pre-commissioning electrical safety inspection and compliance check is also covered under the scope. The provided item list and quantities are indicative and not exhaustive; the contractor shall be responsible for conducting a detailed assessment to ensure all additional necessary materials, spares, consumables, tools, and services are included to fully restore the system to a safe and functional state. The entire work shall be executed as a single job, and any additional items or efforts required to complete the work to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate, without any extra financial liability on IDCO and in accordance with the detailed technical specifications and conditions laid out in the DTCN.
