Design and SITC of 1 No of Passenger Lift

Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1 no. 20 Passenger Lift (G+10) (1360 Kg.) Machine Room and Gearless Lift with Microprocessor Controlled VVVF Drive with a Speed of 1.5 mt/sec Operating on 415 Volt 3 Phase 50 c/s Power Supply, Automatic Rescue Device, Stainless Steel Car and Doors with Hairline Finish, Toughened Glass Car and Landing Door, Hand Rail, Flat Coated Steel Belt for traction media, IOT based with BMS intergration facility in controller. All Civil and Electrical Works required for Installation of Elevator in the Existing Lift Well and Machine Room, Scaffolding, Cutting Holes, Grouting and Making Good to Damages in Wall, Floor, Ceiling etc. for fixing accessories. The Scope also includes Dismantling and Buyback of Existing Lift at IDCO Towers, Bhubaneswar. No. of Floors Served - Eleven (G+10) No. of Landing - 11 Travel - 39.6 mtr. Car to be provided with LED Lights, Fan, Emergency Light, Two Station Intercom System, Cabling Provision for CCTV, Braille Inscription for Car and Landing Operation Push Button, Voice Annunciator inside Car in English, Fireman’s Switch at Ground Floor, Granite Flooring as per approved Specifications.

Comprehensive Maintenance of One no. Lift for 5 Years after Completion of Guarantee Period of Three Year including Routine, Preventive and Break down Maintenance including Repair / Replacement of Worn-out Items with Minimum Downtime and Warranty and Guarantee of Repaired / Replaced Parts.
