12 m.m thick cement plaster in cement mortar of mix (1:6) in all floors at all height using screened & washed sharp river sand for mortar with approved quality of cement, finished smooth to the even surface of the brick masonry walls after racking out the joints properly ,providing grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading,stacking, royalties of all Materials, cost of all Labour, T&P, Sundries , Scaffolding, Watering, Curing,Rounding of corners etc. required for the work complete etc. as directed by the Engineer- in -charge.

Finishing the plastered surfaces of the walls with water based wall putty of approved make and finishing the surface smooth by sand papering to receive paint in all floor & at all heights including cost, coveyance, loading , unloading ,stacking of all Materials, cost of all Labour,Sundries, Staging,Scaffolding, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer- in- charge.

Wall painting two coats with Acrylic paint(plastic emulsion) of approved quality of premium brand such as Asian/ Berger/ ICI paints or equivalent of approved quality & colour at all heights to the interior surface of the wall to make an even finished surface including sand papering, applying putty wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking, cost of all Labour , Labour cess, scaffoldings, staging, sundries,T&P etc. required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing of Fibre Cement Boards for Wall Panelling with 18 mm thickness and Size - 2440 X 1220 to be fixed to Frame work of GI Floor Channel & Wall Studs of 0.5 gauge. The wall panelling will create a gap of 50 mm from original wall to be filled with 50 mm thick rock wool of Density - 48/cubicmetres. Wall panelling will be of non-load bearing in nature.Fibre Cement Boards will have fire - resistance as per BS:476(Part 20 & 22) also have the termite resistance & water resistance properties including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking of all materials , cost of all Labour , Labour cess, scaffoldings, staging, sundries,T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

N.B-The bidders are required to quote their rates excluding Goods & Service tax (GST). GST as applicable will be paid extra. The existing rule of Govt and any amendment made in future will be followed.
