PLAIN GYPSUM CEILING WITH ST 50 :- Providing and fixing Gypsum board Ceiling - 12.5mm th. single layer gypsum board fixed on suspended G.I. tubular channels as per manufacturers' specifications, including jointing, finishing with gypsum compound, jointing tape and top coat. The surface shall be duly sanded and finished. Rate shall include vertical faces of ceilings including pelmet andshall include cost of marking as/ reflected ceiling plan and making all the necessary cutouts for lights, grills,diffusers etc. The rate shall also include providing perimeter channel for grills, lights, diffusers as called for in HVAC and Electrical Drawings.The rate shall also include providing for edge/ angle bits at all corners, necessary taping, filling with jointing compound as per manufacturers specifications. The rate shall be exclusive of trap door which shall be paid for separately. including all cost of materials , labour, overheads T & P, taxes, etc., complete.

WOODEN PANELLING WITH LAMINATE:- Providing and fixing wooden panelling suitably fixed to the walls with 19 mm thick bwp ply , finished with 1 mm thick texture / suede laminate complete with necessary Hardwood, skirting , mouldings & teak wood beading on the edge etc. as per the detail design including the cost of all materials, labour, overheads and T & P etc. complete. The exposed frame work shall be finished with matt finsish enamel paints / polish with mellamine to match with the shade of the Laminates. (Basic cost of Laminate - Rs 55.48/sft )

FLUSH DOOR:-Providing and fixing ISI marked both side laminated flush door shutters confirming to IS 2202(Part1) of 30mm thickness including ISI marked necessary hardware fitting with approved colour paint over a coat of primer etc and hardware fittings such as, SS Concealed Hinges (5"), stopper, Door magnet, SS Tower bolt-8",Pull handle, ,SS lock body and Door closer, to make provision for inbult intelligent multi door controller etc. including cost of all labours, materials, conveyance, hardware fixing,loading and unloading, sundries and T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge. (Excluding the cost of intelligent multi door controller)

Providing & applying of solvent free Polyurethane finish coat, DECKSHIELD FINISH(Elastomeric PU) in approved colour with solvent free Polyurethane primer -DECKSHIELD SF(Elastomeric PU) in two layers o the concrete surface and seeding with fine agrregate on the second layer to get a good mechanical key and allow it dry .as per approved specification including Cosmetic Repair Treatment-Repairing of substrate crack & patches, certain undulation with polymer modified underlay concrete top supreme with proper curing prio to applying Deck shied system. Surface preparation by diamond grinding ,finish edges with hand tools and removal of residues a leave dry and dust free open texured surface . Deckshield-ID a greenlevel certified Low VOC, solvent free, ealstomeric, flexible polyurethane trafficable system providing a clolour full watertight, waering for intermediate decks of multi-storey and basement and other trafficable suspended floors ( Manufactured by TREMCO CPG INDIA of Flowerete Brand) conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking of all Materials, cost of all Labour, Sundries, T&P required . Workcomplete in all respect excluding GST as directed by EIC.

Wall painting with two or more coats of Plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufactures to give an even shade over primer of approved brand etc.including cost of all labours, materials, conveyance, loading and unloading and royalties, sundries and T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge.

Providing & laying granite stone flooring in Floors and landing using 18 mm thick granite stone slab of approved quality, colour and size above 0.4 Sqm laid over an under layer of 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including cutting to size, laying and filling the joints with white cement slurry mixed with colouring pigment to match the shade and colour, cleaning the surfaces with oxlaic acid, machine grinding, mirror polishing including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance,royalties, loading, unloading, sundries, watering and curing, T&P, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

CCOUSTIC PANELLING:- Supply & installation of  wall paneling of Anutone / Tranquil / Mechtrix Nishabdm slats surco high density fiberboard made out of  pure pinewood particles  , Fire Resistance  - Pink in colour core with  5 test Fire Resistance BS 476 part 5 , BS 476 part 6 , BS 476 part 7 ISO 1182 ASTM E662 Smoke Density  - Melamine laminated finish, perforated wooden grooved HDF slats  L16-2 (2 mm grooves @ 8 mm centers),tongue-groove edge for a seamless look of linear dimension size 128 mm x 2440 mm x 16 mm thick having density 700 Kg /m3, weight -9 Kgs/m2 with back fleecs from soundtex Germany nonwoven acoustic to be pasted on slats surco is to be installed by using GI strut system. The technical parameters are as follows Core Variants - Fiberboard, Climate (OC RH) – 50, 70 Light reflectance – 75%,Green (RC %) – 25, Hygiene (VoC, Clean room) – Low, Class 1,Strength, Load capacity (Kg) - Anti sag, Ball-Impact.  The concealed wall paneling system shall include GI Wall channel (WC25) having thickness 0.45mm, length 3600mm, unequal flanges of 15 & 20mm and web of 25mm should be fixed along the perimeter of the wall with nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at every 300mm center.

Then fixed Main channels (MC45) having thickness 0.9mm, length 3600mm, equal flanges of 15mm and web 45mm from the side wall & fixed at every 1200mm centers with GI cross channel(CC25) having thickness 0.45mm, length 3600mm, knurled web 35mm, depth of 25mm and equal flanges 9.5mm is fastened to the Main channel in the direction perpendicular to the Main Channel at every 600mm center. The framework will maintain 50 / 75 mm gap from the walls. Now clad the wooden slats surco on the CC 18 with the help of center & edge clips to get better locking of slats. The tongue & groove are to be properly aligned to get flush look . Synth poly fiber PF 5 x 50 wool of 500 gsm to be filled between the horizontal & vertical studs as in filler with the help of wire / stick & adhesive. Test certificate of the use products shall be submitted after procurement of materials The rate shall be including all cost of materials , labour, overheads T & P etc., complete as per the detail design and specification approved by Engineer -in-charge /Architect .
