Rolling & compacting to formation level by loosing cutting ordinary earth for 0.15mtr depth including watering and rolling by PRR as per direction of EIC.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slop and compacting to meet requirment of table 300-2 and clause 305 of MORTH specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).Filling For Carriage Way, Extra filling near shoulder, Extra filling near Median and as per direction of EIC.

Construction of G.S.B. (Gr-II) by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause no. 401 and as per direction of EIC.

Supplying, mixing, providing laying (in two layers) in approved layer thickness to line, level grade & slope and constructing as per approved working drawing and approved mix design of wet mix Macadam (WMM) with different grades of materials mentioned in table 400-13 & Technical specification Cl. No.- 406 and its related sub-clauses along with Cl. 112 & section -900 of specification for road and bridge work MORT&H (5th revision) including full compensation to all & inclusive cost of all labour, materials, Hire Charges of Plants & Machineries, all contingencies, incidentals involved for the finished operations defect free item work to specification complete & direction of Engineer- in- Charge.

Supplying, providing, spraying, prime coat on prepared base with bituminous emulsion to a granular surface (WMM) with a self propelled bitumen pressure sprayer uniformly at the specified temperature complete as per Technical Specification Cl. No. 502 along with Cl. 112 & section 900 of specification for road and bridge work MORT&H (5th revision) including full compensation to all & inclusive cost of all labour, materials, Hire Charges of Plants & Machineries, all contingencies, for the finished operations defect free item work to specification complete & direction of Engineer- in- Charge. (For Curve, super elevation, extra wide at opening pportion @ 3%)

Supplying, providing and applying tack coat of bituminous emulsion with the help of a self propelled hot bitumen pressure sprayer to spread the hot bitumen uniformly over the cleaned prepared dust free surface at specified quantity as per technical specification Cl. No.503, Cl- 112 & section-900 of specification of road and bridge work MORT&H (5th revision) including full compensation to all & inclusive cost of all labour, materials, Hire Charges of Plants & Machineries, all contingencies, incidentals involved for the finished operations defect free item work to specification complete & direction of Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing, laying, 25mm thick Compacted Semi-Dense Bituminous Concrete with 40-60 TPH by transporting the Hot Mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment as per clause no. 508 of of MoRT & H specifications for road and bridge works (4th revision) using crushed agreegate of specified grading premixed with bitumenous binder @ 5 % of wet mix.Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, 50mm thick Compacted Bituminous Macadam with 40-60 TPH Hot Mix Plant premixed with Bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with hydrostatic sensor paver finisher to the required grade, lavel and alignment as per clause no. 504 of MoRT & H specifications for road and bridge works (4th revision) using crushed agreegate of specified grading .

PART - II ( SHOULDER PORTION )

Supplying & filling with stone screened dust, well watered and rammed etc complete & direction of Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing & laying of precast interlocking paver block of 80mm thick made out of M-35 grade concrete with minimum compressive strength of 35 N/sqmm at 28 days as per IS 15658: 2006 Clause 5 and 9.1.4 over 50mm thick bed of well compacted sand including cost & conveyance of all materials , labour , T&P, sundries etc all complete, as per the driection of Engineer in charge .

PART - III (DRAIN PORTION )

( PRE-CAST DRAIN PORTION )

Earth work in excavation in foundation in hard soil or gravelly soil within an initial lift of 1.5m including dressing the sides and levelling the bed & depositing the excavated materials away from the site within an initial lead of 50 M including cost of dewatering, cost of all labour, sundries, Tools & plants etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of U shaped pre cast RCC deains of sizes (600mm x 600mm x 100mm) made of M-30 grade of concrete with 12mm tor as main amd 8mm tor as distribution having spacing 6" & 8" respectively with cover slab having M-30 grade of concrete and 10mm tor & 8mm tor @ 6" & 8" spacing for main and distribution respectively complete as a set, to be measured in term of each number with transportation till Bhubaneswar etc, completed as per direction of EIC.[Drain on both side of Road (Total Length for Drain to be constructed 7350.00 mtr. One piece of drain length is 0.60mtr. So total nos of pieces = (735.00mtr/0.60mtr)= 1383.00 nos.]

Supplying, Providing and laying plain cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) confirming to latest IS codes & manuals for concrete weigh batched. machine mixed using approved quantity of sand, cement, hard crusher broken graded aggregate including hoisting, lowering, concrete, in requared layers not exceeding 15 cm. thick in each layer vibrating, compacting to requiared density, curing including with full compansation to all inclusive costs, all operations required, contingencies, incidentals involved for the finished defect free item of work complete to specification and as directed by the Engineer or his representative.

(CAST-IN-SITU DRAIN PORTION )

Supplying, Providing and laying plain cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) confirming to latest IS codes & manuals for concrete weigh batched. machine mixed using approved quantity of sand, cement, hard crusher broken graded aggregate including hoisting, lowering, concrete, in requared layers not exceeding 15 cm. thick in each layer vibrating, compacting to requiared density, curing including with full compansation to all inclusive costs, all operations required, contingencies, incidentals involved for the finished defect free item of work complete to specification and as directed by the Engineer or his representative.

Providing ,Lifting, Hoisting & Laying Reinforced Cement Concrete of M-25 grade in all kinds of structure as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength ( in work test) 25 N/mm2 in 15 cm. cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using screened & washed sharp river sand for mortar and 10 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips( of required quantities) from weathered skins of approved quality & from approved quarry, washed and cleaned to be mixed in concrete mixture with approved quality of cement including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days, centering and shuttering then after dismantling and removing the debrises away from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary & completed as per direction of EIC.

Cutting, Straightening coiled or bent up HYSD / TMT Reinforcement Bars welding or jointing if necessary, bending, binding, tying the grills as required for R.C.C. works and hoisting, lowering and placing the same in proper position according to the approved designs and drawings at all height including cost, coveyance, loading, unloading , stacking Fe500 HYSD/ TMT Reinforcement Bars and Binding Wires of 18 to 20 Gauge required for the work , cost of all labour, sundries, T&P and scaffolding but excluding GSTcomplete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing strong, rigid, leveled and plumbed centering and shuttering to required shape and size for all kinds of R.C.C. works in the items mentioned below with wooden or steel centering materials with all necessary bracing, ties and supports for level centering , dismantling and removing the shuttering after the required interval from the date of casting as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge., including cost of all materials with transportation, shoring, shuttering and dewatering, taxes, loading and unloading ,all labour for the work, sundries, T&P scaffolding etc. complete.

PART - IV ( MEDIAN PORTION & OTHERS )

Cast in Situ Cement Concrete M20 Kerb

Construction of cement concrete kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 20 grade PCC on M-10 grade foundation 150 mm thick, foundation having 50 mm projection beyond kerb stone, kerb stone laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as per clause 408 & the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying , providing hot applied Thermoplastic compound conforming to sub clause no. 803.40 section 800 & Technical specification Part I/II MORTH of specification for road & brick works (4th revision) in 2.5mm thickness with all inclusive costs, all operations, contigencies, incidentals involved complete for the finished defect free item of work to specification & as directed by EIC.

NB: GST as applicable will be paid extra.
