Table Made out of 19mm block board,12mm &6mm of marine quality ply preferably Century,Green,Alishan with ISI certification .The side pannel and front approne pannel will have fingerjoint to the the table top .The table top will 25mm thick postfoam top which two side will moulded and other two side edgebinding with 2mm pvc tape of (Rehau) make. The surface will finish with 1mm laminet of (Marino,Royal Touch & Signour) natural wenge or american maple with ISI certification. Each and every pannel will be nailfree fixing for a perfenct finish. There should not any sharp edges on the table all edges will be shield with pvc edgebinding tape as per direction of Engineer incharge. The table will have provison for drawer unit with lock and key .The hardware like telescopic slider for drawer , handle ,lock and key will be ISI certification as per direction of enginner incharge. Providing and laying Brick masonry work in Superstructure using Fly-Ash of size 25 x 12x 8 cm in cement mortar (1:4) having crushing stregth not less than 75 Kg/ cm2 after immersing the bricks for minimum 6 hours in water before use(the brick shall be free from cracks, well shaped, uniform in size and shall produce a clear metalic ringing sound when struck) with all necessary projections, splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, etc. as required and curing for 7days including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, all taxes, royalities, loading, unloading, scaffolding, staging, watering and curing, sundries, T&P etc complete in all respect excluding GST as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing 30cmx45cm size special plain/printed series edge cut ceramic wall tiles of premium grade of approved make having thickness 6.5mm to 6.7mm conforming to IS 13753 of approved make & shade in Dadoes over 12mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 Coarse sand) finished with modular pointing in white cement & pigment to match the shade of the tiles including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties, cost of all labour curing sundries and T & P etc. required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing , Fitting & Fixing Anti-Skid Ceramic Floor Tiles in flooring using special plain / printed series Anti-Skid Ceramic Floor Tile of premium grade ( having minimum thickness 7 mm to 8 mm & size 300 m.m x 300 m.m OR 400 m.m x400 m.m) confirming to I.S 13755 of approved quality and shade in floors, treads on steps and landings in all floors at all height on 25 m.m thick bed of cement mortar of mix (1:1) laid in proper slope and gradient with screened & washed sharp river sand for mortar and grouted with neat white cement slurry, joining the Anti-Skid Ceramic FloorTiles with neat white cement slurry,mixed with required (Tiles are to be immersed in the water for required time before use) quantities of pigments of approved marks to match the shades of the Anti-Skid Ceramic FloorTiles if required including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking, royalties and taxes of all Materials, cost of all Labour, Sundries, T&P required for the work , Watering , Curing for required days , cleaning the flooring space manually etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing suspended of gypsum false ceiling approved make which includes G.I perimeter channels of size 0.55mm thick (having one flange of 20 mm and another flange of 30 mm and a web of 27mm) along with perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brick wall / partition with the help of nylo sleeves and screws at 610mm centres. Then suspending G.I intermidiate channels of size 45mm (0.9mm thick with two flanges of 15mm each) from the soffit at 1220 mm centre with ceiling angle of width 25mm X 10mm X 0.55mm thick fixed to soffit with G.I cleat and steel expantion fastness. Ceiling section of .55 mm thickness having knurled web of 51.5 mm and two flanges of 26 mm each with lips of 105mm are then fixed to the intermidiate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction perpendicular to the intermidiate channel at 457mm centres. 12.5 mm tappered edge Gyp. Board ( conformining to IS 2095-1982) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25 mm drywall screwsat 230 mm centres. screw fixing is done mechanically either with screw driver drilling machine At 2nd floor ( Front Building)

Finishing wall surface of walls with wall putty (water based) of approved make and finishing the surface smooth by sand papering to receive paint in all floor & at all heights including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, staging, scaffolding, T&P required fo the work etc. complete in all respect excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Procviding and applying 2 coats plastic emulsion paint of approved make, quality and shade over a coat of wall primer of approved quality after finishing the plastered surfaces with wall putty of approved make and finished the surfaces smooth and even to receive the primer/painting after cleaning the plastered surface perfectly by watering and brushing including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, taxes, loading, unloading, scaffolding, staging, T&P etc. complete in all respect excluding GST as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note :Colour & shade to be approved before procurement & use).
