P.C.C. M-10 leaveling course Providing and casting in situ mass cement concrete in grade (approx. corresp. To prop. 1:3:6) using granite quartzite trap metal of size 12 mm to 25 mm incl.consolidation curing etc. complete.

Vertical load testing of piles in accordance with IS 2911 (Part IV) including installation of loading platform by Kentledge/Anchor piles method and preparation of pile head or construction of test cap and dismantling of test cap after test etc. complete as per specification & the direction of Engineer in-charge.

Uplift load testing of single pile in accordance with IS Code of practice IS : 2911 (Part IV) for determining safe allowable uplift load on pile etc. complete as per specification & the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Boring, providing and installing bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-30 of specified diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring, with betonies solution,RCC and temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out and removal of same and the length of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. all complete, including removal of excavated earth with all lifts and leads (Length of pile for payment shall be measured up to bottom of pile cap).

C.C. M-30 control concrete for water retaining structure Providing and cast in situ C.C. in grade M-30 proportions ingredients as per mix design by weigh batching using granite, quartzite trap metal of size 12mm to 20 mm and or 6 mm to 12 mm including scaffolding centering formwork, needle vibrated consolidation, curing and hydraulic testing etc. complete (excluding cost of reinforcement) up to 6 meter heoght/depth Av. G.L. for all water retaining structure

Providing Fly Ash brick masonry using (230mmx110mmx80mm ) size fly-ash bricks having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/Sqcm in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing the bricks in water before use in Foundation & Plinth with all necessary projections, splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling etc as per drawings. including cost, conveyance, all taxes, royalties, loading and unloading of all materials, including cost of all labour, scaffolding, watering and curing, sundries, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

SFRC Boundary Wall for 10 MLD CETP

Construction, Providing, Supplying and fixing precast SFRC fencing compound wall poles having finished dimension of 200mm x 200mm x 3000mm (long) made of M-30 grade concrete with 10 nos of 4mm dia HTPC (High Tension Pre Coated) wire, fixed in cast-in situ PCC M-30 concrete in foundation footing of size 600 mm dia 300 mm depth from top and P.C.C of proportion in C.C (1:3:6) of size 600mm dia 300mm depth at bottom inside the RCC Collar pipe of 600mm internal dia placed over a base of plain cement concrete of proportion with C.C(1:3:6) of size 680mm dia 100mm depth including excavating foundation pit for each pole in hard soil of size 680mm dia & 700mm depth including providing cast-in situ PCC of proportion in C.C (1:3:6) of size 1520mm length, 150mm width & 100mm depth below slab pannel including watering and curing for required days, alongwith supplying, fixing befitting precast SFRC slab having dimension of 2100mm (long) x 300mm (wide) x 50mm (thick) made with M-30 grade concrete having 4mm dia G.I wire 3 nos covering the top of the compound wall poles with a precast SFRC cover of size (300x300x150) mm in order to prevent the slab pannels from removing. All complete as a set to be measured in term of running metre including such precast SFRC top cover, slab, pole, including painting two coats of approved weathercoat paint over a coat of primer including curing cost and conveyance of all materials, royalties, all labour, labour cess, T & P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge excluding cost of G.S.T.
