Providing ,Lifting, Hoisting & Laying Reinforced Cement Concrete of M-20 Grade in all type of Concrete works as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength ( in work test) 20N/mm2 in 15 cm. cube at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using screened & washed sharp river sand for mortar and 10 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips( of required quantities) from weathered skins of approved quality & from approved quarry, washed and cleaned to be mixed in concrete mixture with approved quality of cement including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days, including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking, royalties but excluding GST, cost of all labours, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge,

Cutting, Straightening coiled or bent up HYSD / TMT Reinforcement Bars welding or jointing if necessary, bending, binding, tying the grills as required for R.C.C. works and hoisting, lowering and placing the same in proper position according to the approved designs and drawings at all height including cost, coveyance, loading, unloading , stacking HYSD/ TMT Reinforcement Bars and Binding Wires of 18 to 20 Gauge required for the work , cost of all labour, sundries, T&P and scaffolding but excluding GSTcomplete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing strong rigid , leveled and plumbed centering and shuttering to required shape and size for all kinds of RCC/PCC works in the items mentioned below wilth wooden or steel centering materials with all necessary bracing , ties and supports incluidng cost of all materials with transportailton, , loading and unloading etc. and all labour,sundries, T&P scaffolding etc. but excluding GST complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

RCC Walls and Fins

Filling foundation trenches and plinth with excavated earth including laying the earth in layers not exceeding 23.5cm (9”) thick ramming and watering with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour, T&P etc. but excluding GST complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300 mm, removal of existing stumps of trees dead or cut earlier stacking serviceable material for use or auction within the road land & disposal of all unserviceable material including removal top 150mm thick organic soil away from the road land as under Clause no. 201 & Section 200, section 100 & Cl.112 of technical specification Part- I/II specification for Road & Bridge work of MORT&H (4th revision) including full compensation inclusive costs for all contingencies, incidentals involved for the finished operations defect free item work to specification complete & direction of Engineer or his representative to satisfaction.

N.B.:- GST as applicable will be paid extra.
