Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrowpits, including spreading in layers to achieve maximum approved compacted thickness, levelling, grading as per approved drawings to the required slope, camber and watering, compacting to meet required density etc complete as per Clause 305 of specification for road and bridge works MORT&H (5th revision) including full compensation to all & inclusive cost of all labour, materials, Hire Charges of Plants & Machineries, all contingencies, incidentals involved for the finished operations defect free item work to specification complete & direction of Engineer- in- Charge.

Supplying, providing laying in approved layer thickness to line grade cross section and constructing Granular Sub-Base coarse graded grading-III as shown in the drawing using crushed stone aggregate conforming to grading specified in (Table 400-I /400-I A) & in accordance with physical requirement in BS 812 Part III, Technical specification Part I/II of specification for road and bridge works MORT&H (4th revision) spreading the same with motor grader of adequate capacity with hydraulic controlled blades & compacting the same with vibratory roller of minimum 80 to 100KN static weight or of equivalent capacity, to achieve minimum required density including full compensation to all operations, all inclusive costs, contigencies, incidentals, involved for finished defect free item of work complete to specification but excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer or his representative to satisfaction .and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of DLC sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregates confirming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregates not exceeding 25mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a pever with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing inclusive cost of all labour, materials, Hire Charges of Plants & Machineries, all contingencies, incidentals involved for the finished operations defect free item work to specification complete & direction of Engineer- in- Charge.

Construction of un-reinforce, dowel jointed at expansion & construction joint only using steel @ 10.10 Kg./ Cum. approximately or as per approved design & drawing, PCC pavement as per design of M-30, over a prepared sub-base with 43graded cement, coarse & fine aggregates confirming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transport to site laid to proper grade & camber, spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, sceed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, joint filler, separation memberance, sealant primer, joint sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar , tie rod, admixture as approved inclusive cost of all labour, materials, Hire Charges of Plants & Machineries, all contingencies, incidentals involved for the finished operations defect free item work to specification complete & as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing strong, rigid, leveled and plumbed centering and shuttering to required shape and size for all kinds of R.C.C. works in the items mentioned below with wooden or steel centering materials with all necessary bracing, ties and supports for level centering covered with bituminous paper including provision of necessary holes and pockets, electrical conduit pipe, P.H. pipes, fan hooks or boxes, switch board insert plates, clamps and extension bars etc., dismantling and removing the shuttering after the required interval from the date of casting as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge., including cost of all materials with transportation, loading and unloading , inclusive cost of all labour, materials, Hire Charges of Plants & Machineries, all contingencies etc. complete but excluding GST and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Drain Work

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in hard soil including moorum stoney earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rock and boulders not requiring blasting including dressing of sides and leveling the bed upto the required depth and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site with all lead and lift including shoring, shuttering & dewatering (if required) with cost of all Labour, Hire & Running charges of the water pumps, Sundries, T & P required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer- in- charge.

Supplying & Filling in foundation trenches , plinth and ditches with river sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23 c.m in depth with all Lead and Lift, including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking,royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer- in -charge.

R.C.C. work of M-15 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusherbroken) stone chips including hoisting and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes all materials and cost all labours, sundries, T&P required for the work as per the instruction of the Engineer -in -charge.

Providing Fly Ash brick masonry work in cement mortar of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) using Fly ash bricks 25cm x12 cm x 8 cm of size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance of ± 8% with approved quality of cement and screened & washed sharp river sand for mortar after immersing the Fly ash Bricks for 6 Hours in water before use in Superstructure works with all necessary projection, splay cutting, circular moulding, corbelling,chamfering,watering and curing etc., including cost, conveyance, stacking, loading,unloading,royalities and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries and T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

16 m.m thick cement plaster with cement punning in cement mortar of mix (1:6) to uneven surface in all floors at all height using screened & washed sharp river sand for mortar with approved quality of cement, finished smooth to the rough surface of the brick masonry walls after racking out the joints properly ,providing grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading,stacking, royalties and taxes of all Materials, cost of all Labour, T&P, Sundries , Scaffolding, Watering, Curing,Rounding of corners etc. required for the work complete etc. as directed by the Engineer- in -charge.

N.B: GST as applicable will be paid extra.
