Supply & Fixing of Cable trays manufactured from steel wires, welded together and bent into final shape.. All Accessories including couplers (CE25/CE30 screw-based system combination) mounting accessories (Mechanically tested & supplied by cable tray manufacturer must be used) are required of same finish as per site requirement.Electro zinc plated after manufacture in accordance with the EN standard 12 329: at least 120 h of SST. All trays shall be arranged and positioned on the site itself in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.The deflection of the wire cable tray must be no more than 1/200th of the distance between two supports and tested in accordance with the standard IEC 61537. Assemblies with specific fire-resistant properties must have an E30-E90 certificate issued by an approved laboratory in accordance with the tests described in the standard DIN 4102-12. The wire cable tray short-circuit resistance must be tested by an independent laboratory. For the purpose of assembling the various wire cable tray, only fast coupling systems or screw-based (CE25/CE30) systems must be used. These must be designed, mechanically tested and supplied by the wire cable tray manufacturer.The electrical resistance of the joints must not exceed 50 mΩ and must be tested in accordance with the procedure described in the standard IEC 61537.
