Supply of all labour & T&P for lowering the following size PVC pipes (ASTM) with or without slotted pipes as per the necessity from ground level up to required depth and fitting and fixing up in perfectly vertical position, including cutting, threading pipe and slotted pipe and supplying and fixing all jointing materials, T&P etc. complete and keeping the top of the casing pipe threaded including plugging the tube well to prevent entry of foreign materials from above. The cost inclusive of pipes, fittings, labour, consumables, POL, consumables with hire & running charges of machinaries etc. as per specification & direction of EIC.

Lowering of 200mm (8'') dia PVC plastic pipes Sch-120 as per ASTM-D-1785/2004 upto required depth.

Lowering of 200mm (8'') dia PVC plastic Sch-120 strainer pipes as per ASTM-D-1785/2004 upto required depth.

Cleaning and developing the tube well using their own compressor continuously worked till clear and adequate discharge is obtained from the tube well including supply and use of all necessary equipment , labour, all consumables, running & hire charges of machinaries etc. all complete as per the direction of the EIC.

For Tube Well of 200mm dia.

Supplying of all materials,tool and plant and grouting with cement bentonite slurry for saline sealing in the bore around the 200mm dia P.V.C.casing pipe etc.all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying of all materials, labour, T&P and packing the annular space of bore well with specific size (P-6) of gravel (to be supplied by the contractor) etc. all complete as per the direction of the EIC.

Supplying,fitting & fixing of different types of fittings required for sinking etc.

Providing all materials required for construction of brick masonry chamber for encasing the production well with Fly Ash bricks of size 25cm x 12cm x 8cm having crushing strength not less than 75Kg/Sqcm in C.M (1:4), PCC 1:3:6 with 40mm size hard granite crusher broken metal of 150mm thick on base & 100mm thick on top of the chamber, encasing the annular area of casing pipe with cement concrete 1:2:4 of minimum size 450mmx450mmx1200mm height including form work, filling the inside cavity with sand, C.C. 1:2:4 on top of the chamber of 50mm thick, 12mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on outer wall & top surface, earth work excavation in all kinds of soil/rock including back filling with selected excavated earth duly watered & rammed with smooth finishing. The height of chamber should be 450mm from G.L. The cost inclusive of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.
