Supplying and filling the Foundation & Plinth sand of approved quality from approved quarry, laying in layers not exceeding 150mm thick, watering and ramming including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. but excluding GST as required for the work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete of proportion (1:4:8) in foundation and floors (i.e. below the base course of the flooring) using cement , 40 mm size crusher broken H.G Stone Metal and screened & washed sharp river sand for mortar of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete to the required level, ramming, watering & curing etc complete to required levels, laid in layers not exceeeding 15cm thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, loading,unloading,royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, Sundries, T&P required for the work including shoring, shuttering and dewatering (if required) including hire and running charges of water pump required for the work etc complete excluding GST in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing ,Lifting, Hoisting & Laying Reinforced Cement Concrete of M-20 Grade in all type of Concrete works as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength ( in work test) 20N/mm2 in 15 cm. cube at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using screened & washed sharp river sand for mortar and 10 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips( of required quantities) from weathered skins of approved quality & from approved quarry, washed and cleaned to be mixed in concrete mixture with approved quality of cement including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days, including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking, royalties but excluding GST, cost of all labours, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing strong rigid , leveled and plumbed centering and shuttering to required shape and size for all kinds of RCC/PCC works in the items mentioned below wilth wooden or steel centering materials with all necessary bracing , ties and supports incluidng cost of all materials with transportailton, loading and unloading etc. and all labour,sundries, T&P scaffolding etc. but excluding GST complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Cutting, Straightening coiled or bent up HYSD / TMT Reinforcement Bars welding or jointing if necessary, bending, binding, tying the grills as required for R.C.C. works and hoisting, lowering and placing the same in proper position according to the approved designs and drawings at all height including cost, coveyance, loading, unloading, stacking HYSD/ TMT Reinforcement Bars and Binding Wires of 18 to 20 Gauge required for the work , cost of all labour, sundries, T&P and scaffolding but excluding GSTcomplete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Filling foundation trenches and plinth with excavated earth including laying the earth in layers not exceeding 23.5cm (9”) thick ramming and watering with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour, T&P etc. but excluding GST complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/ Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall / return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing face Complete as per drawing and Technical Specification.

N.B.:- GST as applicable will be paid extra.
