Providing ,Lifting, Hoisting & Laying Reinforced Cement Concrete of M-20 Grade in all type of Concrete works( i.e footing, Plinth Band, Column, Beam etc. ) of approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength ( in work test) 20 N/mm2 in 15 cm. cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using screened & washed sharp river sand for mortar and 10 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned to be mixed in concrete mixture with approved quality of cement including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days,excluding cost of required steel centering and shuttering there after dismantling and removing the debrises away from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading,stacking, royalties of all materials, cost of all labours, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but the excluding cost & conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor Steel and Binding wires and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending etc. of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires and tying the grills and placing in proper position excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing Thermo mechanically treated bars (Fe-500 D) Reinforcement bars of approved make for RCC work of required diameter & of approved quality including straightening, cutting, bending, binding, welding , joining (if necessary), tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in position as per the approved design & drawings with provision for fan hooks where required including the cost, conveyance of reinforcement bars or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge, cost of all labour, loading, unloading, labour cess, T&P, etc. required for the work complete for the work in all heights as per the specification & excluding GST as direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Linear measurements will be taken & quantity will be calculated on standard weight. Weight of binding wire will not be considered for measurement. No payment will be made for overlap, couplings, welded joints spacer bars,stays, hangers and wastage. Cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement)

Providing strong, rigid, leveled, and plumbed centering and shuttering to required shape and size , for floors with ply or steel centering materials with all necessary bracing and tiles and supports with leveling centering covered with plastic sheet with provisions necessary holes and pockets for electrical conduits, pipes, P.H. pipes, for hooks or boxes, switch and board insert plates, clamps and extension bars etc., including dismantling the same after the required interval from the date of casting including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants, etc. complete in all respect excluding GST as directed by the Engineer- in -charge.

Providing Brick work with Fly ash bricks 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance +/ - 2 percent in cement mortar ( 1 cement: 6 sand), with all necessary projections, splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering, watering and curing etc. including cost, coveyance,stacking, loading, unloading, royalties of all materials ,cost of all labour,scaffolding, sundries and T&P required for the works complete in all respect excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

16 m.m thick cement plaster in cement mortar of mix (1:6) in all floors at all height using screened & washed sharp river sand for mortar with approved quality of cement, finished smooth to the rough surface of the brick masonry walls after racking out the joints properly ,providing grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading,stacking, royalties of all Materials, cost of all Labour, T&P, Sundries , Scaffolding, Watering, Curing,Rounding of corners etc. required for the work complete etc. excluding GST as directed by the Engineer- in -charge.

Supplying, Fitting and Fixing M.S Grills of approved designs made out of M S Square bars etc. of approved specifications / dimensions with necessary welded clamps fixed in proper position & plumb including a single coat of priming of approved quality metallic primer, making required holes in Massonary Walls / R.C.C Structures (where necessary) and grouting the clamps with C.C(1:2:4) with 12mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips, making good to the damages of Massonary Walls / R.C.C Structures including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading,stacking, royalties and taxes of all materials , cost of all labours, staging, scaffolding, sundries, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.( Weight to be taken properly prior to fixing the grills in the works and payment to be made accordingly )

Providing Wall painting with primer(water bound) one coat to the external wall surface including cost of all materials, labour, Tools & Plant, Brushes etc. complete in all respects excluding GST as directed by the Engineer- in- charge.

Providing and applying Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqmover and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) of weather seal coat of approved shade, Exterior Grade of approved make, quality and shade to the external surface of the building over a coat of primer of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting of approved shade and quality after cleaning the plastered surface perfectly by watering and brushing including cost of material, putty, paint, brushes, all labour, loading, unloading, scaffolding, T&P etc. as required for the work as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire,stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete in all respect excluding GST as per direction of Engineer in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-4 class (Medium duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. Complete 1000 mm dia RCC pipes. as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

The bidders are to quote their percentage rates excluding GST. GST will be paid extra. The existing rule of Govt. and any amendment made in future will be followed.
