Providing all materials, labour T&P for laying of following dia MS Pipes with required size of fittings, like off set, bend, tapper etc. as per site condition for water works purpose, including gas cutting by oxygen and acetylene gas flame, fitting and setting as per required size to IS specification and electrodes confirming to IS specification after "V" grove cutting including cost of hire and running charges of welding generator set etc,(The pipes shall be painted (both inner & outer) with two or more coats of food grade Epoxy paint 200 micron of approved shade ) and aligning the pipes below/ above the ground level as per IS-5822/1994 according to site condition. De-watering , shoring and shutting etc. wherever necessary for the work. The cost inclusive of all , duties, transportation, hire & running charges of machineries, POL, to & fro charges with all consumables etc. including testing the joint with required water pressure etc all complete as per specification and direction of EIC.

150 mm dia MS pipe (Heavy duty) confirming to IS; 1239 Part-I (2004)

Providing all materials, labour, T&P including cutting & welding the following size MS flange (Drilling for flange PN-1.0, as per IS-6392) suitable for following dia MS pipe including cutting the pipes by oxygen and acetylene gas flames as per the required size and shape, electric welding with the pipes as per IS specification including cost for hire and running charges of all machine with POL. (The flanges shall be made out of following thickness M S plate after cutting as per required size and shape), painting the flange with two or more coats of food grade Epoxy paint of approved shade, the cost inclusive hire & running charges of all machineries, POL, To & Fro charges with all consumables, testing of the joints with required water pressure etc. all complete as per specification and direction of EIC.

MS flange of 12 mm thick including welded with 200 mm (NB) dia MS pipes

MS flange of 10 mm thick including welded with 150 mm (NB) dia MS pipe

MS flange of 10 mm thick including welded with 100 mm (NB) dia MS pipes

Providing all materials, labour,T&P for making following flange joints with the pipes & fittings, including supply of required and approved sizes of carbon steel nuts & bolts, washer,nitrile rubber gasket & paints etc, testing the joints with required water pressure etc all complete as per specification and direction of EIC.

Providing, fitting & fixing of following size of DI valve as per IS specifications including fixing the same with supply of required jointing materials like rubber insertion, MS nuts & bolts, paint etc. and testing the joints with required water pressure & all complete as per specification & direction of E.I.C.
