Supply of Hostel Bed of size 1950mm(L)x900mm(W)x750mm(Head side) & 450mm (overall) height with mainframe structure made of 25mmx75mmx2mm thick rectangular MS pipe with three extra middle support of 25.4mmx25.4mmx2mm thick hollow square MS pipe at equal distance. The four legs would be made of 40mmx40mmx2mm thick square hollow MS pipe and a MS plate used for bracing at the four corner of the bed, an extra leg support be provided at each leg side of 25.4mmx25.4mmx2mm thick square pipe. The top cover (for mattress) of the bed is made of 25mm thick ISO 9001 Grade, ISI standared, waterproof ply. The (extended height) part of head side leg would be connected with a parallel horizontal of 40mmx40mmx2mm square MS pipe and 05 nos. of 25.4mmx25.4mmx2mm square MS pipe vertical connected. The open ends of the legs would be cover by square rubber buffer. All metal components should be treated by seven tanks process for powder coating paint i.e., Digressing (1st Tank), Water rinsing (2nd Tank), Disrusting by Acid (3rd Tank), Water rinsing (4th Tank), Phosphating (5th Tank), Water Rinsing (6th Tank), Passivation (7th tank) respectively with non electrolytic deep process to produce a protective oxide coating for smooth surface with matt finish anticorrosive automated powder coating paint of thickness 40-60 microns and oven baked for high resistance to scratch, chemical, thermal and mechanical stresses, provision for 4 nos. Mosquito powder coated pipe of Ø19x1.2mm thick with Mosquito pipe support including cost and delivery complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge but excluding GST.
