Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9Cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment locations with all lifts & leads up to 1000mt as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Clause- 301 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision).

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300- 2 & Clause 305 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (4th Revision).

Supplying, providing laying in approved layer thickness to line grade cross section and constructing Granular Sub-Base coarse graded grading-III as shown in the drawing using crushed stone aggregate conforming to grading specified in (Table 400-I /400-I A) & in accordance with physical requirement in BS 812 Part III, Technical specification Part I/II of specification for road and bridge works MORT&H (4th revision) spreading the same with motor grader of adequate capacity with hydraulic controlled blades & compacting the same with vibratory roller of minimum 80 to 100KN static weight or of equivalent capacity, to achieve minimum required density including full compensation to all operations, all inclusive costs, contingencies, incidentals, involved for finished defect free item of work complete to specification & as directed by the Engineer or his representative to satisfaction.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subsubbase/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with course and fine aggregate conferming to IS-383, the size of coarse aggregates not exceeding 25mm , aggregate cement ratio not to be exceed 15:1 aggregare gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1 cement content not to be less than 150kg/cum optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing as per specification for Road & bridge Works of MoRT&H(5th revision) and as per direction of theEngineer in Charge.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and as per Clause 602 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

DRAIN WORK

Earthwork in excavation of foundation in hard soil in trenches of both side of road, drains & the like etc taking out the excavated soil, levelling, compacting of the bed of excavation and trimming the sides of the foundation trench as per working drawing and technical specification, Part I /II, section 300 of MORTH specification for Road & Bridges works (4th revision) and disposing the surplus unsuitable soil away from the working area and stacking the suitable soil for reuse with in the Road, land including and plants machineries required for the work dewatering, shoring, strutting where ever required including full compensation to all inclusive costs, all operation, contingencies, incidentals involved for the finished defect free item of works complete to specification and as directed by the Engineer or his representative to satisfaction.

Filling foundation pit and plinth with sand in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, well watered and compacted , top surface dressed and levelled to proper gradient including cost and conveyance of sand , all taxes and royalties, loading and unloading, all labour sundries T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge .

Providing and laying in trench Cement Concrete (1:3:6) with 4cm size hard metal excluding GST in the following type of bedding for pvc pipes of the following internal diameter including curing complete as per specification and direction of EIC.

Providing and laying Reinforced of M25 using screened & washed sharp river sand for mortar and 12 mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry, including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties, sundries, T&P as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing TOR Fe-500 D grade reinforcement bars of approved makes as per DTCN for RCC work of required diameter with straightening, cutting, bending, binding welding and joining (if necessary) and tying the grills and placing in position as required for R.C.C. work and providing fan hooks, hoisting, lowering and laying including cost, conveyance and taxes but excluding GST of tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour required for the work for bending, binding and tying the grills in all heights as per the drawing, design and direction of E-I-C.
