Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works excluding GST.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th revision)

Providing and laying semi dence bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed agreegates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired comaction as per Clause 508 of MORT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th revision)

Providing & laying moorum on either side of the road embankment / berms, laying in layers and compacting by 8-10 T PRR including cost & conveyance , all taxes, royalities, all labour, T&P, sundries, hire charges of PRR etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

RCC Culvert

Earthwork in excavation upto 1.50mtr depth of foundation trenches for columns, basement, tie beams, walls and steps in following types of soil including moorum, hard stony earth, earth mixed with boulders, DI rocks etc but not requiring blasting with initial leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed sides up to required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from the work site with T&P for shoring, shuttering, dewatering if required etc. complete but excluding GST and as per the drawing, design including cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and lying Plain Cement Concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation & floor using 40 mm & down grade black hard crusher broken granite stone metal, washed and screened sharp sand of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying the concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required thickness including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties, taxes, cost of labours, T&P, hire & running charges of concrete mixer, etc. but excluding GST all complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge.

Supplying and filling with sand in foundation and plinth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, well watered and compacted, top surface dressed and levelled to proper level and gradient including cost of all materials, conveyance, taxes, royalties, loading, unloading, cost of all labour, T&P, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying in position machine batched , machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of M-25 (minimum cement content not less than 403Kg/Cum) grade in reinforced cement concrete structural elements using black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing and compacting to proper shape and size, level and plumbs and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth including the cost of all materials, cost of labour, conveyance, taxes, loading, unloading, royalties, watering and curing for the required period, T&P , hire & running charges of concrete mixer and vibrator, cost of Admixtures in recommended proportions (as per IS 9103) to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying 1000 mm dia NP-3 RCC Hume pipe including cost of all labour, T&P, all taxes etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing dry stone packing by H.G. stone boulder not less than 0.30 m. in both side of approach at work site in proper stacks for premeasurement and conveying from stacks and soling the road surface to proper camber and packing the voids with small stones, filling the interstices with moorum and rolling with PRR watering including cost, conveyance, royalty and all taxes of soiling stone, moorum etc. complete as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing strong, rigid and levelled and plumbed centering and shuttering to required shape and size for walls as RCC works in the items mentioned below with wooden or steel centering materials with all necessary bracing and ties and supports with level centering covered with bituminous paper including provision of necessary holes and pockets electrical conduit pipe P.H pipes, fan hooks or boxes switch & board insert plates, clamps and extension bars etc as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
